Britax Willow Brook S+ Baby Travel System - Glacier Onyx

I haven't used it yet, but the box and everything inside arrived in perfect condition, and apparently it's a good material

This is a very terrible car seat. Every time I try to remove it from the base, it takes me 3–5 minutes. And today, I spent up to 30 minutes and still couldn’t remove it. My fingers were in pain, and my baby cried a lot. Now that I’m home, I still haven’t been able to take it off. Please do not buy this

This is the first car seat I’ve had to purchase as a first time mom. It was recommended because of the safety features. I have not had a great experience so far. The car seat chronically gets stuck in the base. I see other people have had this issue and left reviews *the reviews that didn’t receive an incentive* The customer care team members I’ve spoken with have all been polite but this have not been resolved and I haven’t gotten responses to emails or phones calls. This car seat has only ADDED to my stress as a first time mom so NO, I would not recommended it.

This stroller has been horrible. Within the first three months of using it, the infant car seat insert broke and Britac had to replace it. The foam on the handle bar ended up ripping to the point where it needed to be replaced. The wheels are flimsy. The canopy hardly covers my child when she’s in there. I wish we went with a more expensive stroller that was recommended rather than finding this more affordable option because the experience has not been great.

I have had nothing just problems with this system. The car seat sticks to the base (in both cars), the foam on the handle has ripped with normal use in only 2 months, the handle on the car seat seems to stick when trying to move it, it just seems to have been made cheaper then other Britax systems I have had. On top of everything, the metal of the stroller when folded up ripped a hole in the back seat on my car when putting it in my car and on top of all of this, Britax hasn’t responded to any of my submissions for warranty issues. It has been crickets from them for almost a month. I try to call but only option is to leave a message as the phone will disconnect if I stay on hold.

The shade part keeps falling when the stroller is in motion so light and sun hit my daughter. The padding part on the handle is completely ripped. The was a gift for our shower and an expensive one. I give it 2 stars because it has gotten us around but I don’t see it lasting much longer. Extremely dissatisfied with this investment.

I am happy with this purchase for my little one. I gifted my sister a Britax travel system years back when she had her first baby and even back then I loved the convenience, easiness of it and how secured it seemed - she loved it as well! My baby has not expressed any discomfort with either of the seats so far and this has done us well on our outings, both daily and special outings. My husband was overseas when this arrived at our door and I had no issues putting it together 36+ weeks along and such an easy time installing the base with the ClickTight system. I love the added ability to use the seat without the base in case we use it in another vehicle. The stroller glides like a dream across a multitude of terrain; we have used it on concrete, asphalt, tile, grass, dirt and I can't remember what else but I never had any issues with it. I do want to briefly mention that I have seen other reviewers point out the seat getting stuck in the base and while I can say, yes, I have experienced this, I would like to point out that it is usually a case of the angle that you are attempting to remove it. There is no release issue when you lift it straight up and out of the base. With that being said, I do need to use quite a bit of muscle to lift a decently weighted seat with a decently weighted child in it straight up and then out on a lifted SUV on a sloped driveway but it's not that much of a hassle to where I felt it wasn't a good buy. If I needed to point out anything that does make me frown a bit, it would be that folding the stroller with the toddler seat on it is not my favorite thing about it. It has a bulkiness to it. Granted, still more compact than many other models out there, but it doesn't fit nicely in my SUV because the footrest part adds a good amount of length. This will very much vary from person-to-person but I can't tell you the postpartum rage I have felt trying to load the stroller with the toddler seat into my cargo area and realized my door just won't shut unless I place it at an awkward angle. I just keep the pieces separated but stacked on each other and click it on when I need to use it. It adds a step for me but I definitely didn't want to switch to something else just because of that.

We had a Britax Travel System for our first 4yr ago, the endeavors and bfree stroller, it was such good quality along with the Marathon we got once our first needed a convertible we went with this brand again. The infant seat continually gets stuck in the base, and now it won’t click in properly, we have to push it down so hard to get it to lock in. The stroller is extremely wobbly too! We are very disappointed in the quality of the new products, hopefully we just got a bad set! I will say I love the fabric on the new seats vs the old! We have 4 Britax seats now, 2 marathons, Willow and a Grow with you! Just very disappointed in this travel system.

Love this car seat because the frame is made out of steel, most car seat frames are made out of plastic. Easy to transport from the car to the stroller.

Gets jammed continuously at the base it is a workout trying to get my baby out of it with the car seat, it’s concerning because if there were emergency I would need to go through and unbuckle when I should just be able to click him and go. I HATE this car seat

The stroller frame is flimsy, the wheels bald easily, and the brakes aren’t completely secure. The clicktight technology from Britax is not obvious when putting the car seat onto the stroller. The car seat its self is fine but I don’t see the stroller frame lasting long. Returning the item.

I ordered the sand onyx, but the color I received was much closer to a gray than a tan/sand color. Was not happy with the look.

I loved this carseat when i bought it. Didnt take long and the carseat will not detach from the base and gets stuck on the stroller! This is extremely annoying, you have to take the baby out and wiggle the carseat intensely to get it off the base. Also ive been stuck in parking lots trying to get it off the stroller in the rain. Overall it would be a nice travel system if it didnt have this problem!

I can’t remove the seat from the base and now stuck with the car seat hooked to my seatbelt and can’t disconnect it from the base.

I bought this travel system after extensive research and comparison with other high quality brands. We absolutely love it. Have only been using it for four months. However, the carseat continuously gets stuck in the base. I will spend 5 or more minutes trying to get my baby out of the car. This is not okay with me. If there was an emergency and we needed to exit the vehicle immediately (fire) then my baby is stuck until I can either get it to unlatch, or unbuckle and remove my baby from the carseat completely. If she falls asleep in the car I now have to wake her up trying to get her out. For the price I paid for the product, this should not be an issue.

Britax really thought of every detail with this travel system because they have more perks than was even on my wish list for baby #2! The car seat has the click-tight system I am currently spoiled by and anti rebound bar for added safety. I can adjust the handle with one hand and it's very lightweight to carry. One of my favorite features about the stroller is that it can be parent facing or forward facing. Also has an insert to catch any accidents before I need to throw anything in the washer- Mom win! The cargo space fits my overstuffed diaper bag and the extended canopy offers superb sun-protection on both the carseat and stroller. This travel system is top tier and I considered several others before taking the plunge. I provided this Honest and True Product Review in exchange for a rebate on my purchase.

As a first time mom, I spent hours upon hours looking for the right car seat for my little one and let me tell you this one is a MUST HAVE. It’s was simple to install, literally just locks in place and takes less than 30 seconds to install. The functionality from car to stroller is unmatched, everything just perfectly locks in place and it’s so easy to switch. I also like the fact that the padding can be moved around to best suit your baby. I love this travel system, from the safety rating I’ve seen, to the all around functionality of the product, and not to mention the look of it. If your a skeptical first time mom like me looking for a travel system for your new addition, this one is it I PROMISE!

I got this based off of reviews on different platforms. I’m now 3 months in using it and have realized as a FTM it’s probably not the best. My newborn hated the car seat because the head rest sticks out so far he was constantly crying until I removed it. The canopy to the stroller does not block any sun at all it’s extremely short to say the least. The stroller canopy and car seat canopy for sure need to be remade especially for the price.

I waited a few months because I wanted to leave a genuine review. The travel system is convenient and super easy to use. The stroller is perfect and very simple to fold down and up. The car seat in comparison to our other seems to be more crammed. It is quite heavy (also in comparison to our other car seat) and our baby gets VERY hot sitting in it. I often have a hard time clicking it out of the base because it gets stuck. The base is easy to install. Overall I would not purchase this again, as other car seats also have travel systems and the car seat to this one is just a hard no for me.

Beautiful! Please expect the colors to be a little darker compared to the Ad. Very easy to put together.
