Great bag horrible straps

It would be my perfect diaper bag.....if the straps weren't horrible! Instead of laying flat, they dig on the outer edge into my shoulders and are super uncomfortable. The material on the underside of the straps is also scratchy and itchy. The rest of the bag is an overpackers dream and the materials are so soft and smooth, but the the shoulder straps ruin it for me

Thank you for your review! Our Provisions straps were created to be curved and padded so they are ergonomic for carrying a backpack with a heavy breast pump. This may not work for all body types. We appreciate your feedback!

Wish I bought it sooner!

Room for everything! We have a 1 and 3 year old so we need room for diapers, extra clothes and of course snacks! All pocket interiors are waterproof and wipeable! The material is soft but definitely durable. Padded straps are comfortable and adjustable. This is the most thoughtful diaper bag backpack design I have seen. My husband loves the pockets and organization- I do too! No more messy disorganized bag! I also own the same brand cross-body bag and have loved it for quick trips and use it as my own purse. Super well built products!!
