WANT TO LOVE - Can’t

I did so much research and decided on this mask and I want to love it but I can’t because it is so heavy and I would’ve just dealt with it. . I’ve had it for almost 90 days but it has actually caused a broken blood vessel in the area where it puts a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. I would love to try the GLO version which is supposed to be lighter but I don’t know the differences other than that and I am not spending more money after being out on this device. So disappointing because I really felt like it was starting to help with my skin.

Too big, heavy

I love this mask when I am able to use it. It is too big for my face/head and very heavy. The straps at the tightest don’t really secure it to my face so I have to use it laying down. I am also unable to use the massage and scalp feature due to the looseness of it which is very disappointing.

HELPs with texture and firmness

I really like this product — the quality and design look much more premium compared to others I’ve seen. It definitely stands out. The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but overall, it’s worth it DEFINITELY helps with skin texture and firmness. I notice after the 9 minutes cycle through my skin is firm and tighter. I have used it for about 6 months off and on ( I should be much better than this) but I place them in sight to remember to use them.

Therabody face mask

The product is really good, except a few disappointing factors. Positives are : It’s portable. The mask automatically goes through the three light settings in only 9 minutes. Convenient- which helps you commit to wearing it daily. The cons: the vibration setting requires rubber inserts on your forehead that prevent light therapy from ever reaching those areas. If you have a tiny head, the straps may be too big. (Vibration setting require the straps to fit your head securely). Despite the cons, it is well worth the money and investment.

Not holding a charge

I just got this mask and it’s expensive, I’ve been using it regularly for the past month and now all of a sudden it needs to be charged every day? I used to get 5+ uses out of it and now it can’t hold a charge. So frustrating!

Easy to use daily treatment mask

I love the ease of using this - I've owned several other devices but just found I used them less frequently because I had to apply gels or spend more time in front of the mirror than I wanted to. This is easy - I just wash my face, slap it on and lie down for a 10 minute break while it does its thing. I see other reviews mention the noise or weight, it doesn't bother me since I'm just lying down with it on, and the noise becomes white noise essentially. My only gripe is that I have a smallish head and can't tighten the straps enough to get the full benefits of the massagers. PLEASE make smaller straps available for purchase!

Love this purchase!

So far, enjoying the TheraFace Mask! 9 minutes every day at night has been added to my routine and has been great! After three weeks, Have seen a difference in the disappearance of whiteheads and clearer skin. Enjoy the massaging features as well. Overall, feeling of better wellness so that is a plus.
