Itâ€:tm:s in my arsenal of sleep products for a reason. I have been using for a couple years now and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I diner times still wake up but I can usually fall back asleep easily now.

I fall asleep fine, but it doesnot keep me asleep more than about 3 hours. I do fall back asleep fairly easily oce or twice.

I wish it wasnt

I wish it wasn't so expensive. It works and I rely on it to sleep. All my life I have had chronic insomnia, and this is the only thing I ever found that really helps me sleep.

Great stuff, trying to gradually cut back on Melatonin so this formula is ideal. The formula that includes melatonin is cheaper though so I may change over to that as these are rather expensive. A good night's sleep is, however, priceless :)

For my husband it didn't work. First time using a natural product. I sent it back 4/28. I will use other Irwin Natural products found in store only. It cost me $13. 95 to send back.
