    Scrubber head doesn't lock in place

    The head that you charge sounds, no way to lock it from doing that. I purchased this electric spin scrubber cleaning brush to make cleaning 2 bathrooms easier. It is MUCH harder using this tool. I will be returning this product, as it doesn't work as described.

    Disgusting! One of the scrubbing heads arrived visibly used and dirty—completely unacceptable. It looked like it had been repackaged and resold. My husband and I didn’t even want to touch it and ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed.

    worked great

    This worked great the first two times I used it, then quit working. I turn it on, and it acts like it wants to work, but is stuck? Sad that it comes with a warranty, but the email addresses warranty@thekleenzi.com and support@thekleenzi.com don't work. Tried finding it online, but no luck. Not sure what good a warranty is when you can get a hold of the people.

    Defective On Arrival

    This unit did not work from the start. After charging the battery, I assembled the pieces and found the motor did not spin. I tried several times and it seemed like the motor was permanently locked. I returned this item for a full refund.

    Jury Still Out

    The jury is still out on this one.I did a small patch test in my shower. The bristles on the pointed brush got pretty beaten up. It cleaned ok, not great. I will try the other attachments. Also Target should do better vetting of products they carry. The instructions are horribly written with barely an understanding of English. The company Kleenzi could have spent the money to get an actual English speaker to write the instructions. I’m hoping this ends up proving me wrong. I almost wish I would’ve gotten the less expensive one.
