Uses

Uses helps prevent sunburn, if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours, Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m, wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses, children under 6 months: Ask a doctor

This is a mineral sunscreen

One of the reasons I chose this over other options was because I thought it was a chemical sunscreen. This is actually a mineral sunscreen and contains zinc oxide. As of when I'm writing this review, this is not mentioned in the product info, although you can verify if you zoom in on the ingredients list. If, like me, you avoid mineral sunscreens because of the difficulty of getting residue off skin and out of clothes, avoid this sunscreen. Every piece of clothing I wore while wearing this sunscreen required several rounds of stain removal, and some of the stains never came out. When I realized what this stuff was doing to my clothes and bathing suit, I had to pay a premium to buy an emergency bottle of sunscreen while on vacation.
