Need a tracking feature in app
I am very disappointed that there is no way to track missing buds. This was something that was available with previous soundsport models. However other than this i absolutely love these!!

Made me a Bose customer for life!
Needed new earbuds that I could wear with my eyeglasses, my Beats wrapped around my ears getting in the way. These were a game changer! From the outstanding noise canceling and immersive sound, all the way to the multi-fitted buds and tips, so comfortable and outstanding quality. I will never look elsewhere than Bose going forward.

Great Earbuds
I have an old pair of earbuds that broke and have just received the new ones. The sound quality seems better, I like the fit of the old style better just because the fit my ears better.

Worth the Upgrade
Bought these as an upgrade from the QC 2's. Sound and noise cancellation is even better than before, so these sound awesome. The immersive sound option is amazing as well. Personally found these had to be fitted perfectly with the provided large size buds, otherwise you'd hear sound artifacts whilst walking. Unable to review durability as they are only a few weeks old. I returned 2 pairs of QC 2's because of defect, so fingers crossed these are more bug free. Only gripe is how sensitive the controls are as you always accidently bump them when fitting.

HANDS DOWN - The Best noise cancelling earbuds ever made On The Planet!! The new Immersion technology is Out of This World! Listening to music sounds like I'm (actually) in the recording studio with the artists of whom I'm listening to. Also, No More loud/annoying background noise during phone calls! Now, when I receive phone calls - the person calling DOES NOT hear ANYTHING that may be going on in my background JUST MY VOICE...Even outdoors on a windy day!!

Broke plastic case. When I took the outer ear rin
I bought these a few months ago. Sound great. I just switched the outer ear ring to large. Noticed the Rt. Ear is missing part of the hard plastic case. I have bought multiple pairs over the years. 1 st pairs of the CQ2. And they are broke. So not waterproof. Really upset. Have to send them back and then wait to get new ones! I should get new ones then send the broke ones back

Great Earbuds All Around
Have had these earbuds for a few weeks. The noise canceling is very good and the sound quality is great too. They fit well; you can mix and match the tip size and the silicone round piece to get a tight fit. I could never get the Apple AirPods to fit right and fell off all the time, regardless of the tip size used. The maximum volume is not as loud as the AirPods but sufficiently loud to enjoy your favorite tunes. They are a little too sensitive when adjusting in your ear and often trigger the audio mode; not a huge problem though.

Comfy and quality
I have used nearly every name brand earbud besides apple and these are so comfy and sound amazing. Battery life is really good and setting the buds into the charging case for a few minutes gets you a good chunk of play time in those few minutes.

Good but not great (for now)
Bought this as replacement for the one I lost, they’re great but sometimes they disconnect out of nowhere, even when using the Bose app. I have done the basic troubleshooting ie unpairing-pairing, restarting my iPhone, checking for updates for the pods and still,if these will work as should be my review will be five stars meanwhile I’ll keep it on three till Bose helps me with my issue

Sleek looking
These earbuds are nice, and the sound is great as always with bose...but they are so sensitive to touch that when my hair is wet they will cycle through all settings, pause at random times, skip to next song ect...I also had the previous of these and they had the same issue.

Still learning
Hi - I bought my earbuds less than a month ago. They showed up late but that could have been a UPS issue. After received the paired up with my home computer no problem but I have not been able to pair them with my work computer yet. I also tried to pair them with my Samsung TV and unable to pair them there as well. These could user issues but that has been my experience.
