Weak power on low and dies too fast at high setting
This vacuum worked pretty well, but the power is so weak. It only held a charge for like 10 to 15 minutes before dying at full power. Absolutely not worth it. The lowest setting is just too weak.

Crap vacuum that lasted 20 min
I charged this thing fully. Used it and it lasted 20 minutes - wouldn’t even vacuum small crumbs off my thin ruggable rugs. Then I charge it again - it’s been charging for hours and won’t hold a charge. Back to the store it goes.

I’m calling this the Mom Vacuum! It’s not a deep cleaner, but if you hate dragging out your big deep cleaning vacuum every time your kids leave a pile of crumbs under their chairs after their afternoon snack, then this is for you! It’s so lightweight and easy to use for your small, daily messes. Yes, the battery does not last long, which Bissell was very transparent about, but again, it isn’t for your deep cleaning, it’s for the daily cleaning your kids and pets leave you multiple times a day that take 2-3 minutes to clean. The light is incredible too! Absolutely love it!!

Worked great for 3 1/2 months. Then the brush roll stopped working. Bussell support is terrible. Takes 30 minutes to get all of the information to the online support only to end the conversation with them saying they are having technical issues and asking me to try back the following day. The brush roll is not included in the 5 year warranty leaving me with a 3 1/2 months old useless vacuum. Just buy a Dyson.

I’m not sure why people complain about the battery. I can see if they’re using it at full strength and then it doesn’t last as long but if you have tile floors, you don’t need the full strength. I used it at the lowest setting and I vacuumed my entire home. I have an 1800 square-foot home and it did all of it on one bar of battery. I have two dogs and two cats so we get a lot of hair and this is great for daily use. I’ve always bought Bissell products because they honor their products and there’s no need to buy an extended warranty on their products because they will either send your product out for repair or send you a complete unit. I’ve had several vacuums from Bissell over my lifetime and I’ve never had to buy the same model I purchased because they honor their products. The suction is great on this cordless vacuum. It’s even better than the corded vacuum. I have that is a Bissell and picks up all kinds of debris. I use the breeze pellets for my cat litter box and those can fall outside of the litter box and they pick these up without an issue. Usually with my larger vacuum, I have to lift the vacuum on top to get it because it’s such a low head, but with this one, I don’t have to do that and the light is phenomenal. It is very, very, very bright and the head is narrow and low enough to go underneath things. i’ve owned a Dyson before and I hated it because the suction was so much that it wouldn’t pick up things off of rugs and it wouldn’t move this surpasses the Dyson for the Price.

Broken After 2 Months
Super easy to use. However it stopped working after two months for seemingly no reason. Tried every trick in the book to get it to work again. I’m disappointed. Battery life is also awful. The cordless part was nice though.

TERRIBLE Battery Life
This vacuum would be a good one if the battery lasted more than 15-20 minutes. If you use the highest power it’s less than that. The suction is good. The lights work great at letting you see the debris on the floor. It’s not too heavy. I would not have bought if I had known the battery was crappy.
