So far, it's great. Just got it, but at $25, it's way cheaper than comparable size purified water dispensers. The next closest ones were $40, and the reviews were similar.
But it's pretty high quality, holds a TON of water, and allows me to get water while it has water filtering. The smaller ones, you had to wait.
The only caveat is that the lid does not click closed, so just be careful. Will update if anything changes, but the first week we've had this has been a dream.
Worked fine for about 2 weeks and then the filter stopped draining - it’s like it’s clogged. Also, it constantly leaks. Every other time I fill it up, I find a huge puddle coming out of my refrigerator. Not worth wasting your money on.

If you are seeing water pooling in the base of your fridge while the dispenser is stored in there, we would advise pushing the dispenser farther back in the fridge. When the door closes, if the shelf is pressing against the valve handle, it may cause the dispenser to leak. This clog occur if bubbles or air pockets have become trapped in your filter. To help remedy this, we would recommend, first, removing the filter from your pitcher. Once removed please hold the filter upside down at a slight angle and shake it for 5-6 seconds before returning it to the upright position. You should hear the carbon particles inside moving. This procedure should compact the contents of the filter and eliminate any air pockets trapped within, which can prohibit water flow. This should restore performance to your filter. We hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance please contact us by emailing SocialSupport@helenoftroy.com. Thank you.
This is a great water filter/dispenser. I've had the model for more than 20 years, believe it or not. I decided to replace it with the same model, because of the eventual buildup of calcium around the top edge (it took 20 years). It's beautifully clear and works great.
When it doesn't get stopped up every other day, it offers great water quality. However, IT STOPS WORKING EVERY OTHER DAY. Yes they offer an informational blurb in the box on how to fix the stoppage but why do i have to do this so regularly? Hasnt even been a month and 15x have I come home after a 12 hour work day to a trickle of filtered water and a FULL upper chamber of unfiltered water. The point of this big jug is to avoid having to refill regularly but not only do I have to refill regularly, but I have to waste water tossing out the upper chamber to get to the filter and unscrew and do the jig they recommend as a fix. Now that I type more, no it's not worth it.
