I have not watched TV in years, decided to try this out on a visio. Meant to be together, even has a usb to plug in roku. I am still entertained by no subscriptions at this time. I even used my phone as a hot spot and it still worked.

Garbage!
Set up nightmare!! Multiple attempts to set up billing via my credit card so that I could setup the app on my TV. No luck - would not accept manual entry. Tried using the photo entry again no luck. Tried their phone number. No luck. Tried website no luck. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone This is garbage!!!!

Very sad they did away with the model with composite cables. I have 2 older TVs that work great and now cant use them. Wake up Roku!!!

I collect CRT TVs and it's a shame they removed the composite outputs. The previous version is currently out of stock and I don't know if it will ever return.

It’s okay
I’ve bought several roku’s since the beginning. I have 8 total. It is a shame that roku won’t support all of their working roku devices. Roku should at least swap for free when they want you to upgrade. The roku express won’t let my phones mirror screen. That is disheartening since I have some vision problems. I am not upgrading my phone, so I feel ripped off. Also I really don’t like “watching” t.v. and a prompt comes up asking if I want to continue. If I am listening to a program and miss the prompt, the system time out. The makers should understand that, some people “need” the sound. Also, like their competition, google chrome or some internet app should be available since not all devices can be cast to the roku.

Dissapointed
I have a Roku tv and previously bought a Roku stick for my granddaughter. I have been very happy with them. With the Roku Express plus, I am not able to add tv inputs so I can watch my antenna channels. I have been to the help sites but what they want me to click on is not there. I probably won't keep this product, I have seen other ones work much better.

Get rid of the cable box
I purchased three of the Roku Express units and was able to return one HD and two digital boxes. I'm going to save over $ 28.00 per month. In four months I will on the plus side. They function well and set up was effortless.

No support for older TV's?
I thought this product was supposed to support older TVs...now you have done away with that. This product in the past has kept my perfectly fine older tube TV functional. Very dissatisfied that you would discontinue this product ability.

A giant step backwards
What moron thought that getting rid of the headphone jack was a good idea? The headphone jack is one of the best options that ROKU had. I watch a lot of TV late at night, in bed, while my wife sleeps and I use headphones so that it doesn't disturb her. T works out fantasric. I was hoping that ROKU would incorporate a bluetooth headphone to the new systems, so to see the headphone jack removed from the new systems is extremely disappointing. I guess I'll just have to pair an older remote with the jack to the new player. Someone needs ro leave the designing area to the adults ans fo back to flipping burgers.

Lots of nice features
We are happy that we made this purchase. We are able to watch a lot of different movies that we want to, especially since Christmas is just around the corner. It is easy to pull up the movies we like..
