No Bluetooth?

How do you have a smart TV without Bluetooth? Can’t return it now and so we’ll have to buy an adapter. Great, something additional I’ll have to teach my 97-year-old grandmother. I wouldn’t call this TV very smart. Meh.

Broken

Mine came broken also. They must really bang these around. I am returning this and buying from the store. The remote is not very big. Much lighter than my other Samsungs.

Samsung a reliable brand

I just replaced my Samsung 40” television that burned out after 13 years. My new 40” (2019) has a great picture and good audio. I have a cable receiver that I much prefer over streaming a bunch of random networks. Which brings me to the 4-star rating. I don’t want to see a row of available streaming channels across the bottom of the screen when I turn on the set. And the remote has too many buttons, so I use the one supplied by the cable provider. When it comes to “gadgets” and features, sometimes less is more.

the tv light brightness doesnt adjust. its too dark i have to use a flashlight to brighten the picure . its annoying. turning off narator was difficult. and her. loud voice distracting

Worth the price!

It's worth the price. However, it's not really user friendly. I had to read the manual to understand how to get to the sleep function and still unsure on other things I believe the remote may be able to do. I had to call support for the update because it would not function with out the update six months after purchase. I am please with the picture quality but you have to almost be a techy to use it. I can say the it's smarter than me apparently.

Got This as a gift and was very disappointed with quality of picture. We have to be directly in front of it to get any clarity. I won't return as it was a gift from a special person. I would trade if you want to give me an upgrade.

NO BLUETOOTH

Can’t believe Samsung produces a “Smart” TV without Bluetooth. Yes this model Does Not have Bluetooth. Checked seven ways to Sunday and it doesn’t. Not only that it doesn’t have dual audio output. On top of that the picture is not great. Picture is dark. Had to go through all kinds of adjustments to brighten up. Very disappointed

Read Product Reviews Before Purchase!

Should have done more research and read more reviews. Trusted Samsung to provide the best features and quality but have been disappointed more than once over ease of use, and just really annoying little things. Have had several issues with remote turning power on. Once the TV is on, all buttons work fine. Trying to turn TV off is another tricky and annoying situation. I'm very disappointed with Samsung because I've always recommend & trusted their reputation. But after reading other customers reviews I guess it has a reputation of disappointing a lot more people than I thought. I would have felt much better if everyone else thought it was amazing and wonderful but many people are extremely unhappy with a wide variety of problems.
