Q: Is there one or two handles in a package?

A: I had the same question... I ordered two but now I have 4 handles. The package comes with a set of 2 handles, one for each end of the SKLZ training cable(s). Since I ordered 2 Qty, I now have 2 pairs of handles. Having the extra set worked out for me because the Extra Heavy Cable is really thick and very difficult to insert into these handles, so I just left them on. The other set will be used as expected for all other size training cables: Heavy, Medium, Light, and Extra Light - able to switch cables depending on the exercise.
