Brilliant quality.
Just started taking these and my hair and nails are responding at speed. I need B12 as was very low and had 6 jabs in 2 weeks and need to maintain my levels as my pancreas wasn't functioning properly so not absorbing nutrients.

EXCELLENT B COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT!
I have always wanted to try Solgar vitamins but they were always too expensive in stores. I found Swanson’s had the best prices on these excellent vitamins. Solgar is the only company that I know of that uses glass bottles for their vitamins. After 2 weeks of taking these I had an increase in energy.

B complex stress buster
Who would have thought that a B complex could make such a difference to how my system deals with stress. Advised to take it by a chiropractic functional neurologist and boy was he right! Thank you Solgar, it's been a life saver.
