The items arrived damaged and leaking. How could you still pack them in a plastic bag and ship them to me like this? This feels like deceiving customers. Why not put the damaged ones on the clearance shelf instead of sending them to online buyers? What’s ridiculous is that I bought two — and both are damaged.

One of the boxes of wet swiffer pads was leaking. It was in a plastic bag and that bag leaked some too. This is the second time I've had this happen.
