Wedge attachment is favorite especially

Wedge attachment is favorite especially for my IT bands. I find it really helps promote circulation pre and post workout along my muscle tissue. Good for knots in shoulder blade and trap muscle region. It's to bad that it doesn't come with the theragun box package like the rest of the attachments. Since its a $25.00 added cost for one attachment. All and all i Highly recommend this attachment if your iron addict or athlete great warm up and recovery tool.
