Did they change this? It smells like dryer lint! Like I wash my clothes and they smell terrible before and after I dry them. They do work as expected, but the scent is stale? Linty?

A little too expensive. Large issue with packaging. My pasta was sent in the same package as detergent and dryer sheets. The strong scent of the dryer sheets permeated the food items. The pasta was not edible and had to be returned.

Reading your reviews, you need to higher some different researchers, everyone wants that good smell fresh out the dryer, not your weird experiment with some chemicals and friction , spring meadows used to my favorite smell of all laundry detergent, now you broke the wheel and even those cheap eco sheets smell better than this, I'm not buying this or other tide products until you bring the original formula back, I don't care if your research show people like longer lasting scents, you didnt do this one right

Please bring back the 2023 spring meadow scent. I went to buy these today and the new scent is horrible. I had to find a new laundry detergent. I have been using tide for over 30 years and this is the first time I was forced to switch. I bought gain instead. Please bring back the original scent. I am extremely unhappy with the scent change.

I’ve been using tide most of my life my mother and grandmother used tide, but the pods do not dissolve in warm water. It melts part way and then sticks to your cloths and you have to wash them again. I will go back to using a liquid detergent. Signed very dissatisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would! Why change the formula when nothing was wrong. I was always told ‘If it’s not broken don’t fix it’. Will be throwing the entire container of the Spring Meadow pods away after only using one. The new formula smells horrible! So disappointed I have to find a new laundry soap. Please change the formula back.

My wife and I thought something was wrong with our washing machine. Our clothes kept having a fish like odor, like the fish oil we put on our dogs food. We thought there may have been a spill or contamination that got into the washing machine, so we tried a different load in our downstairs washing machine and the same odor! After some Google searching and reading other reviews it is the tide pods that smell! We switched to a different brand detergent and all is better. How could this pass quality assurance?

I bought these back in May and since then my clothes have been smelling awful. I thought it was a scent coming into my apt from a neighbor and it took months to figure out that it was this detergent that was causing the smell - musty nasty smell not quite like a cigarette but just awful. I’ve used tide pods for years with no issue at all but won’t be using these anymore unfortunately.

Recent (2024) fragrance change is awful (was not indicated on packaging—only noticed after many laundry loads). Worse, skin started itching—had no idea what the problem was. After trying various changes in clothing fabrics, lotions, food…to isolate cause of itching, finally changed detergent brands—and THAT was it! So, after many years of using Tide Pods Spring Meadow scent, I’ve made the switch. Less expensive, NO MORE ITCHING, no unpleasant fragrance, and cleans just fine—“All Free&Clear Mighty Pacs”. Wish that Tide had given us SOME warning—even a “new and ‘improved’” 😏 label…

They smell like chemicals. I cannot douse my clothes in enough fabric spray to make the scent of the pods go away. What a nightmare to possibly have ruined two full loads of clothing. Switching brands.

I couldn’t figure out where the fish smell in my washer was coming from, untill I bought these pods again and opened the container and got a nose full of fish smell. I was hoping it was the plastic container, but I put on a shirt today that I hung dry after washing and it has that icky fish smell! Why!?
