A: Willow Go® offers great mobility while you pump, but it's not completely leak-proof in any position. The pump fits totally in your bra with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. You may notice some leaking if you move around while you pump - for example, if you bend far forward or lean far back. It all depends on how full your containers are, how much you're moving, and where the pump sits on your body. If you need true leak-proof mobility while you pump, we recommend you purchase Willow 360 and use our spill-proof milk bags.

Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go® uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Doesn’t work for me at all. It hardly removes any milk and is far from emptying my breasts like my other pumps. I’ve purchased new pump parts thinking possibly I damaged them when I washed them the first time, but I was extremely careful and followed instructions exactly with the replacement parts and it still doesn’t work, and now I’m out $500. Target has a no return policy on this item, so I absolutely do not recommend purchasing this.

Had very high hopes for this pump. While the app is efficient and the instructions are clear I have only had less than a handful of times where I've been able to collect milk and its only been on one side each time. I've bought multiple flange inserts, have tried without and still nothing. Extreemly disappointed as this can't be returned once opened and I spent a significant amount of money to no longer use.

Unfortunately, this pump has been so disappointing. Especially for how expensive it is. I’ve had issues with the duck valve slipping off mid pump, which means I have to take the entire thing apart and put it back together to finish a pump. There’s also so much wasted milk inside the machine when I take it apart to clean it. It’s not quiet at all, and this set doesn’t come with the top plugs to help prevent spill. You have to buy their separate cups to get those. I also pump way less with these than I do any of my past pumps, the suction just isn’t great. A couple things I do like about this pump was being able to connect to my phone and see everything or change setting but it takes FOREVER to sync. The parts are also fairly easy to clean! So that was nice. I wanted these to work so bad but all the trouble just isn’t worth it.

I tried several other wearable and portable pumps before Willow go, and this is the most comfortable pump for my elastic tissue by far! I also get great output. It is a little heavy, and I need a very supportive bra to hold it, but it works so well that it isn’t a problem for me. It does also need to be assembled just right, and I sometimes have to reassemble it before use or it doesn’t work properly.

Would not recommend if you plan to use this for wearing while continuing other stuff with heavy movement as it will spill or splash out the tops. Taking apart the pieces to clean is a bit of a hassle, but worth the ability to move around while pumping.

For the price there are way better pumps on the market. The plastic flange makes it difficult to keep the pump latched and the suction is subpar. The motor is loud and the device is heavy. It’s a “wearable” but you truly can’t move with these pumps as the will lose their suction and your output will be affected.

I these pumps came so highly recommended and they were just okay, especially for the price. They don’t stop when they are filled and don’t have a cover so milk pours everywhere on your bra and shirt if you aren’t super careful. Trying to pour the milk out isn’t easy and some always spills. They don’t always do a good job pumping. They’ve died twice on me. I’ve spent hours on the phone with support and had to get replacement parts sent to me and they aren’t even a 8 months old.

Literally impossible to disassemble in a timely manner. It is sooooo stuck and wont budge when trying to disassemble. As a oumping mom i dont have 10-15 minutes to struggle with the parts after each session just to wash it. The fact that u cant even let it sit for a minute otherwise its more complicated to disassemble makes me hate it even more. I gave 2 stars because the suxtioyis acually pretty decent. DONT BUY

Unfortunately, a little after he turned one, one of the pumps just stopped working. I bought a new one for my second baby. After an accident involving one of the pumps (my fault, not Willow’s) I bought a replacement. It had been less than a month, and the brand new replacement has somehow ceased working consistently. It has totally impacted my milk supply. I used to recommend these pumps to everyone. Now, after two have just randomly quit on me, I really can’t do that - especially with so many other competitors on the market. I have tried contacting the team as it is within warranty, but they sent a detailed questionnaire, and then more questions after that, including requiring me to download the app.

It's made sticking to a pumping routine so much easier, especially if I'm out and about with the baby for a large chunk of the day. Also, having the silicone inserts for a smaller flange size has made an even bigger difference - I get so much more output than with my main pump because of them! The only downside is that if you don't put the pumps on exactly right, you won't get much output from them, and there are several little parts to clean. But I have a backup set of parts so I can rotate out without having to wash parts so frequently.
