A: Willow Go® offers great mobility while you pump, but it's not completely leak-proof in any position. The pump fits totally in your bra with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. You may notice some leaking if you move around while you pump - for example, if you bend far forward or lean far back. It all depends on how full your containers are, how much you're moving, and where the pump sits on your body. If you need true leak-proof mobility while you pump, we recommend you purchase Willow 360 and use our spill-proof milk bags.

Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go® uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Overall, I like this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like this product. It’s comfortable, the suction is great, it’s easy to pour out expressed milk. HOWEVER… I knew going into it that there were a lot of parts to clean, ok fine. I was not prepared for how bulky all those parts are. It’s also SUPER finicky - after using it only a week, the diaphragms stopped laying flat enough to provide the necessary suction, and now I have to spend like 10 minutes a couple times a day just messing with it to put together correctly. It’s mega frustrating. I reached out to their customer service and they were really nice, but this product wasn’t the solution I was hoping for with my wearable pumping needs.

Awful pump experience
Incredibly uncomfortable - lead to bruised and blistered nipples no matter what combination of flange inserts I tried. I worked with a lactation consultant who agreed this pump was just not for me. I bought the Eufy S1 Pro and it is so much more comfortable.

Okay, but not worth the price
I wanted to love this pump, but there are many downfalls compared to my Momcozy S9 Pro, and I ended up returning it. Thankfully, my Target was understanding and gave me a refund even though I used the pump. Here are the pre and cons: Pros: - Slim profile - Quieter than my other two pumps - App is easy to use and nice to have - Automatic switch from stimulation to expression Cons: - VERY heavy to wear in bra, even when empty with a tight bra. I felt like I couldn’t move around at all with it. - This pump is VERY finicky with moisture and heat, so you cannot store parts in the fridge in between uses. You must clean it every single time, and sometimes the parts don’t go back together the same. - This pump doesn’t come with flange inserts. I think this is super annoying considering the high price. - Charging port is difficult to insert the charger into at time. I felt like I was going to damage it every time I charged the pumps. - One of my pumps stopped working or wasn’t operating properly after a week, so I had to work with only one a few times before deciding to return it. I personally wouldn’t purchase this pump again. There were too many problems for this price point.

Huge waste of money
Mom of three and seasoned pumper here. These are by far the worst pump that I had experienced. I pumped for 25 minutes and only got 2 ounces total. When I use my handheld Medela, I can get 4 ounces on each breast in 10 minutes. They are not easy to put together and the suction and power is not great either. Not to mention there is a stupid hole on top of them so when you are pumping on the go, you pretty much immediately sepill your milk when you take them off. If it came down to not pumping at all or using these Willows, there are better option, but they are by no means a replacement for a full powered pump right handheld pump. Feeling super bummed that I wasted $300 on these.

Save your money - buy a Tsrete!
I bought this pump off a recommendation from a friend, who was an exclusive pumper. I was seriously disappointed! I thought this would be better than the cheap one I bought off Amazon but I was wrong! My $60 hands free is far easier to use, assemble, clean, etc. The Willow Go is finicky. Almost every time I put it together, one side has to be disassembled and assembled again. There’s no simple way to remove the pump and throw the parts in the fridge for later without making a mess like other pumps. The pump is sandwiched between parts that get wet. The app also isn’t great. Despite setting the suction, it never goes to where it should automatically. It’s a pain to disassemble, clean, dry, reassemble, and use. This is a $300+ pump that you can’t try out before buying. You assume at that price, this would be a great pump and it’s definitely not. Save your money and go with the Tsrete off Amazon! Massive disappointment. Can’t return for obvious reasons but I don’t think people should be out $300+ for something so important. If this had been my portable at the start, I would have given up pumping already. Huge hassle, not satisfied at all. Customer service wants to send me a replacement but it functions as intended. It just has a horrible design and not as good as advertised. I didn't have better output with this pump either. I couldn't even submit my review on my phone because their website is as finicky as their pumps. Will not make the mistake of buying this brand again!

I like that it allows you to switch between stimulation and expression. My output is just about the same as when I use my spectra synergy gold. Do not buy
One of the pump stopped working after a month. Replacing it took 2 weeks after constant follow up and the replacement they sent was not clean. It had some brown particles over it. Save your money and buy something else
