Since I do not have a para-thyroid I have to take mega doses of calcium balanced with magnesium, boron, and zinc. This is perfect for me because it is just calcium so my doctor could figure out the correct balance to take of the other need elements. I pray they do not change this formula. It’s been keeping my calcium levels in the safe lever for many years. Thank you Swanson

poor quality capsules
two bottles had capsules that have fallen apart and caused the calcium powder to explode in the jar!!! also ordered D3 and Selenium that look exactly alike. hard to tell them apart if im puttingin one travel container for a weekend trip.

Perfect mix of Calcium Citrate plus Magnesium! I prefer Calicum Citrate to Carbonate, and the added Magnesium helps a lot. Perfect 2:1 ratio too. I take one with each meal.

This product is a good standard. The problem is with the size of the capsules. If possible should be smaller. I understand manufacturing therefore, more capsules more cost. But the cost would be insignificant on the overall price if the capsules would go from 150 to about 200 for the saem calcium/magnesium combs. Also I believe we need a calcium complex with calcium citrate and coral calcium mixed in one capsule. The two calcium combined are more effective. For absorption purposes if you need it you should take a look at the combination of calcium/magnesium with Vitamin D3 and K2 MK7. Always buy capsules or softgel over tablets.
