Excellent Zinc

My understanding is that Picolinate is the best form of zinc and I prefer this 22 mg Zinc Picolinate over the NOW brand because the dosage is less so there's a lower chance of zinc toxicity.

Can be a great help

Well Done

I haven’t check my bloodwork lately, but believe in my health care team (Swanson as part of it). I feel that the Swanson provide great products and timely service. Recently on their website, I found that care and are helpful with the online store. They include apps that dyslexic friendly, change font size and more. WELL DONE SWANSON

I rarely give 5 stars ever!

The only thing I can think of that I don't like is when there is a limit on the amount I can but, which simply forces me to place a second order. I consider this a slight annoyance, no big deal. Otherwise, I am a long term customer (at least 5 years) and I have always had a good experience with Swanson. I have only had a few times that I have had to call and it has always been user error (that means me) Enjoy their shop!

Taking zinc gluconate day has helped boost our immune system.

My husband and I faithfully take this zinc product every night w/tonic water w/quinine. It’s helped boost our immune system. Won’t be without it!

Very Helpful Addition to Dietary needs

The extra zinc supplement is a good, medically wise way to add needed protection to your immune system during stressful times as these… I usually take 3 a week- no more or less than what my body needs and uses to replace what has been used during times of stress
