This is my 1st time using this brand and sadly, the result was not great. I've always used ColorSilk, which left my hair smooth and shiny, I tried this due to the 60% oil content. However, my hair came out colored, but dried and coarse. Maybe it was just my hair type?

My hair grew out, and I had a bunch of grays I needed to cover and I used this hair dye, and it worked really well to cover them and bring my hair back to its natural color. It's easy to use and doesn't have a super strong scent. I normally hate the smell of hair dye, but this one wasn't bad. It didn't damage my hair. My hair actually looked shiny and stronger and a lot healthier after using this dye. I'm happy with it, and I would recommend it.

(As black can be complicated) The darkest brown was exactly as described and shown on the box. I also used Garnier in blonde as I decided to do an ombré look. Both colors came out perfect and I included pics. It was easy, fun, and I’m very pleased with the outcome! I definitely recommend and keeping up with my hair color with Garneir! Excellent results at an affordable price with no salon necessary which saves time and a lot of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I successfully attempted to do an all over highlight with money pieces and ombré effect on my daughter’s hair. She has naturally light brown somewhat dark blonde virgin hair. The Garnier Olia box dye comes with everything we needed. The instructions were easy to follow and I adjusted the application based on what we envisioned. The process was simple and quick. An hour total after washing and drying her hair. We spent most of the time sectioning her hair to make highlights. She loves the end result. It lightens her natural hair a couple of shades brighter into a light golden honey brown. The pictures are taken in the bathroom under indoor lighting with no natural light showing the real color or how beautiful turned out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I I’ve been to be really upset because I wanted to post to pictures of when my hair was freshly dyed but unfortunately I lost my phone that had all my pictures on it and they couldn’t be transferred. However, I must say that this is one of the best hair dyes, and color that I’ve ever used. Usually I’m a blonde sometimes I go brown but I wanted to try something totally different and go to RED. I absolutely loved it. It went well with the make up already had and the clothes I already had. I told my family and friends about it. I don’t necessarily need to go to salons to get my hair done because I’m pretty Good at doing my own hair, especially highlights and color and cutting. I will definitely be using this hair dye again whether it be this color or trying all of them who knows.

Great box dye btw. I have type 4, low porosity hair. This product did a great job of covering my blonde highlights. Months have gone by now and my hair is still for the most part dark and I haven't touched it up since using. I only needed one box to cover my whole head but bought two just in case. Since I only needed one box I returned the other. I read the instructions carefully and followed them as they were written. I haven't noticed any color damage and my curls are still in tack. If you want a good black box dye this might be the one for you and if not, I hope you find what does work better for your hair. But so far so good. I haven't had any issues with my hair. My hair is now the color I want it to be and I still have a head full of hair while being postpartum so no complaints here

It’s safer for you and the planet than other commercial dyes! It’s exactly the shade I go for when I want a deeper brown l for my hair. I have the kind of hair that will lighten me easily in the sun. Oila uses nutritive plant oils to take me back to my roots. Color lasts plenty long. For me, my hair will just bleach out in the sun anyway.
