Broke with minimal use within 1 month. Will never buy again

Had two of these stop working within a year. Horrible quality. Never buying another Keurig again.

This is the second one I have purchased. First one managed to last 3 weeks. This one only functioned for 3 days. Great item just not worth wasting the time and money.

Bought in January and no longer working (dispenses cold water)

It’s TRASH we have returned 2 so far and each one has had problems. First one stopped working after a week. The second one after 2 months now won’t turn on. These are made so badly.

Leaking from the bottom Water on counter every day

Love the size love the efficiency. I love everything about it when I thought I had the K express, which was very small for my nightstand. I immediately sold it to buy this one.

I had to take this back the day I got it. It did not make even 1 cup of coffee. The water compartment was leaking out of the box.

Just bought in January and already not working!

Super sad to report the same problem as others - I ordered mine on 2/2, and it died on 5/23. Did all troubleshooting suggested and still wouldn’t brew one more cup.
