Terrible product and no response on issue

This product has the same name of a completely different rug. I have several of the "Samsons" and they vacuum well, have a great texture, are clean looking , washable and durable. This rug with the same name is a completely different material. You can not vacuum it. It's shiny and unnatural looking and they refuse to acknowledge their inaccurate depiction. I bought this one believing it's like my others. It is not. Please rename your rugs to indicate the lower quality. This rug is awful. And no response to my issue.
