Area rug came folded up, not rolled up. Buyer beware!

I paid $247 for a beautiful area rug and received it days later all folded up. It's ruined. It would have been beautiful. I would never be able to get the folds out of it. If the seller would send another one rolled up the way every other area rug dealer does, especially when it was a rug for $247, I would feel better about this purchase AND the outside seller. This did not come from a Target warehouse, it probably came from someone's garage. If they won't roll an expensive rug, don't buy it!

Quality zero

I just got it today. The pile is almost nonexistent. It feels like walking on the hardwood. If you run your hand through it, you can see the gray backing. My wife felt how thin it is through a hole in the bang and wanted to return it before even opening

So soft!

I bought this and was not 100% sure how it would go with some new furniture. Alas it’s gorgeous! I love the pattern, the color and the softness. It makes my whole space come together. It’s not super thick to walk on but that’s ok.

I searched a long time before I decided to buy this white rug. I am very pleased with the purchase, the service and the delivery. It looks great in my space and looks really rich. It is exactly what I wanted. The pile is not thick and the pattern makes it stand out and the area looks stylish.
