This Iron Delivers Results Quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate ironing with a passion but am totally thrilled with my new Rowenta iron which makes it so much easier! The iron has a great weight to it, heats up quickly and has all the features to make the task much less daunting. The power burst steam and spray both work fantastically, I've had no drips and the settings are all precise. I took it to the ultimate limit, testing it on my husband's most wrinkly shirt he never wears because it's such a pain to iron and it did an amazing job getting the wrinkles out quickly! Whether you find ironing gratifying or am like me, I definitely recommend this model for precision, satisfaction and quick ironing!
The Rowenta’s handle is extremely comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is rarely spoken about when talking about irons but the Rowenta’s handle is extremely comfortable. The grip is like no other! It also has an eco setting, which most irons do not.

Water level

It’s hard to see the water level. That part should be clear. I’ve owned 3 Rowenta irons. The first lasted the longest. The second, I couldn’t see the water level and the protection cord swivel broke. I threw it away. My third is another old model from a thrift shop. Older models win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of this iron is absolutely insane. It allows for even ironing cutting down my time in what seems like to be half. This iron is heavy and made of amazing quality. I see this iron lasting me for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product! We actually needed a new iron, so we couldn't wait to use this & see how well it worked. Firstly, the color is beautiful. I don't know if the pictures do it justice. Secondly, it works great. There are multiple settings to fit pretty much all of your ironing needs. Great brand, great iron..highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from Influenster and Rowenta in exchange for my honest review. Nice iron, it gets very hot very quickly so take care when setting the temperature. Make sure to choose the appropriate temperature setting because it is a hot iron compared to some others that is used. Nice and smooth over the fabric. It would probably have gotten 5 stars if the cord self wound up instead of being loose. Seems like all irons should do this nowadays.
Gets the job done!

Everything about a Rowanta iron has always been a love flowers and we have had many. However, the handhold at the top of the iron is so close to the buttons for spray and water that it is possible to hit those buttons without meaning to. The handle needed to be longer For a normal size hand.

I’ve been using this brand of iron for years. Any time I need a new iron, I choose Rowenta again. The reason I am giving 4 stars this time is because the iron looks like was used. I found water in the tank.
Little, If Any, Steam

I bought two Promaster Xcell irons. I returned the first one and I’m going to return the second one, too. I’ve owned Rowenta irons for 35 years and this has the same quality feel and excellent glide. It’s easy to fill with a large opening that doesn’t leak while ironing and has a clear view of the water level. The burst of steam is outrageously stronger than any other I’ve owned. Unfortunately, the first barely steamed and the second is only slightly better. It doesn’t steam at ECO temps and barely and intermittently steams at high temps.

I bought this 11 months ago... I use this daily for hours. My dislike is were the spray button is. I am continually hitting it by mistake. I would recommend Cleaning it every two weeks even with now my iron is now spewing out brown water and smells burnt. I am going to try to figure out if it can be cleaned with anything stronger than water. It states you can use regular tap water not so sure now with the issue with my iron. This is my third Rowenta and love the product but a little disappointed with the quality. My last one latest over 10 years with no maintenance.
Love it!

I bought this iron a few weeks ago to replace a Rowena I’ve had for over 10 years. This one steams much better than my old one! I followed the directions about type of water to use. Couldn’t be happier!

Just set it up to iron after replacing Made in Germany Rowenta iron that was great but now leaking black water. This iron has zero steam. When I emptied the chamber the water was cold after definitely being plugged in with iron plate hot.

My Iron will not release steam while ironing; even when the steam function/switch, is set to allow steam. Constantly have to press steam button to allow for steam. The price point doesn't match its advertised functionality.
Doesn’t heat.

Bought this last week, will return tomorrow if customer service doesn’t get back to me. Won’t heat over 135 degrees, only steams on the highest setting (not on two dots or even anywhere in the three dot area except on the far right) probably because it doesn’t get hot enough in the first place. I didn’t pay this much for a paperweight. My second Rowenta in a year, I should have learned the first time.
