    large size gummies

    so for the 5mg serving size you need to eat 4 gummies, meaning this bottle is barely a 2 week supply if you plan to take them daily . Beyond that, the actual gummies are kind of a large size. I have been doing 2 a day because I feel like eating 4 of them is just too much for me due to the large size. Taste is fine but eating 4 at once made me want to gag.

    Not worth it

    I’m sad I bought these. I’m hooked on lemme sleep and thought why not? 4 of these for 5g of creatine is not worth it and it doesn’t help that they taste horrible. Since I paid for them I try to at least take 2 a day. They taste so bad I have to force myself to take them 😩

    So first off, the serving size is 4 gummies which means each bottle is only enough for 15 days. $30 for 15 days…you make the call. I’m on my second bottle and I honestly don’t know if it’s actually doing anything. The taste is…I can chew it enough to swallow, but I wouldn’t say it’s “good.” It doesn’t give me any stomach issues, no jitters, but it did make me feel VERY bloated for about a week and a half. All that to say, I don’t think I’ll be buying a third bottle.

    One month down

    I’ve been using the creatine gummies for a good month and a half now and can say I’ve noticed a small difference in muscle but recovery wise my muscles are recovery quickly and I’m not as sore. I do think I need to use them more before a good opinion can be given but so far I do love them and the taste is amazing!!!

    It is definitely my own fault for not reading more into the servings, but one jar is hardly enough for two weeks! For the price and the amount that you get, it’s not worth it IMO.

    Not a full months supply

    1 serving is 4 gummies and there's only 60... Would've been better if it was a full 30 day supply especially since a monthly subscription is offered, but its only a 15 day supply. If two bottles a month or more gummies were offered I would subscribe. I workout 4x a week, so buying this twice a month is not practical for me or others who exercise often or are looking to take as a daily supplement.

    really work well

    These gummies taste really good. What I really like about them is the flavor (love strawberry), the high dose of creatine (5g) and that is is NSF certified. I have been using these for a few months and I am surprised at how much better I feel. My energy is back and I feel stronger. I can do more reps in the gym and my body is looking more flattering too. I am a big fan of these gummies.

    5g creatine! finally.

    I have used powders for so long, and have been struggling to use powders every day. I haven's used gummies because its so hard to get a 5g dose, but I am so glad these gummies give you that dosage. Also glad its NSF certified and vegan! Excellent product and highly recommend.
