LOVE that it's non-toxic to pets since the alternative can potentially be deadly to our furry loved ones. The product has straightforward instructions to use. Have not had any mice affected yet, which is why I'm currently giving 4 stars. Will give it more time

I haven’t seen any rat activity around my house and garage since using it, so hopefully that means I’m done dealing with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RatX Pellets have been working great! I haven't noticed any new mice and rats droppings in my basement. I like that it is packaged in a zippered bag to reseal. Applying it is easy too. You can use these inside or outside, I put them both places. They are naturally derived and you can use them around pets if needed.

I used it outdoors around my parking pad area because my city had a ton of rats. I’m not sure how much it helped to be honest, but even the pest control service guys have said the city rats are particularly clever about avoiding rat poison and similar methods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where my dad lives we have a neighbor that likes to feed the pigeons. The rats will come and eat the food too. We’ve had to take our car to the dealership 3 times because the rats will eat the wiring and the car is only 4 years old. We spread these around the area that we park. We haven’t seen issues so far! Love that it is easy to spread around and I haven’t seen issues. We were debating on getting a cat at this point to help deter the rats but with this it seems to be better and easier 😅

It is a much safer alternative as it also doesn't harm animals that may eat the rodent that consumed pellets. The packaging is easy to read and use. The pellets can be placed in bait stations or covered area of activity. It keeps the area clean and accessible. Overall they are an effective and easy to use pellet option.

I also expected there to be a smell. Surprisingly there is not. For something so small it’s powerful. Which makes it great to use all over the house.

There is no noise except when you open the package which is easy and not messy and easy to store if you do not use it all in one use. It take no time at all to administer the product it is quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Ratx Pellets to combat the mice problem in my garage. I had already tried spring loaded traps, with no luck. I placed the pellets per the directions. I cannot say if the product has worked. I have not found any dead mice. The amount of droppings seems to be a bit less, but no way to tell if it's the result of this product. Regardless, I still have a mice problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had 2 mice on our deck we couldn’t get rid of. We put those pellets outside in a little plate and after two days they disappeared. We’re pleased with the results. Especially important for us was that they could be used inside and outside and were safe for other pets. They also don’t have any smell and very easy to use. Highly recommend!

We have been having a mouse issue lately which happens every fall to spring because we live next to the creek with lots of woods, so when temps drop and the wet season hits they tend to come in trying to find shelter. I've tried every kind of trap and those basically only work the first couple days before they get smart and learn the traps and stop setting them off. I was on the fence about poison bc I have kids and we have a dog and I didn't want the smell of rotting mice that we can't get to lingering but these are safe for homes with pets and kids as they work differently than the typical poisons. They take some time to work on them but it essentially stops them from drinking and dehydrates them from inside out. That also leaves less of a smell by 90% after they pass! I set some up in little cupcake liners in some drawers we've found droppings in and in corners that they frequent and they're demolishing the ones in the drawers and I have noticed a dramatic drop in the amount we are seeing already so It has to be working! I'm a fan already!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having a mice problem in my backyard for a while now, and the RatX pellets have definitely solved that problem! I have outdoor cats so I was worried, but as long as you place them mindfully, there's nothing to worry about. They're easy to place and being patient and consistent I've noticed a reduction in mice activity. These are a solid option if you're looking for something effective but a little less harsh than the traditional poisons.
