This product has helped with the teeth grinding at night and has shown little discoloration up to this point, so I am happy with the product.

These heavy duty teeth protection mouth guards are great. Soft and moldable. My gums are healing. I use them with the silver gel after I brush at night with 20% hydroxyapatite every day.

These are really great for the price. The first one I made I but down too hard in the molding and it wouldn’t stay put while sleeping, but the second I was more conservative and intentional and it is honestly a great fit and I now can’t sleep without it.

Compared to many other brands I have tried, this brand is overall the best. Over time, I end up clenching and chewing through the mouthguard. Due to the chemical composite of other brands, it would reek havoc on my digestive system when I would inadvertently chew through the product. My only suggestion is to allow buyers. The opportunity to create a customizable box. Example, the only size in the box that actually works for me is the child, smallest size. It seems in my sleep. I clench and chew through all the other sizes. I would love to be able to get a box with four of the smallest size mouthguards.

I bought it because I had a bad case of TMJ but it came with no instructions, useless.

I have been pretty happy with the mouth guard it’s just a little bulky. I wear it at night to prevent grinding. When it starts to wear out it gets kind of bumpy. That’s when I got the 2nd one out and am using it.

I have worn these for a few years. They work so much better than ones the dentist make .Soft but very effective for a night guard

The price is great with these. They can get a bit soft very quickly, so be very careful with the size of the appliance. This is a great option for a fraction of the price.

My dentist made a custom mouth guard for me to prevent damage from tooth clenching. The mouth guard wore out. I have been using these for about six months. I trimmed the first guard I made because it was too big for my mouth, and the cushiness of these is better than my old hard guard. Despite it being still usable, it is smaller than I wanted after heating it. The rest of the guards fit perfectly. The guards are thick when I first put them in my mouth, but I get used to them quickly.

The packaging and listing are confusing and need to be addressed. Two sizes of mouth guards are included. Each adult and child size of the clear and frosted plastic versions is the same. There is no mention of what to use where or what purpose the second version appears for in the listing. Not a big deal, just hope they can update their packaging in the future, because everyone seems to sell the same product at a similar price. In the Q&A section, I read that this is made in the USA, but the packaging only says 'Distributed by' with a Florida address. At the very least, this would be supporting an American company, but I don't see any indication that the product is made in the USA. In a costsavings measure, the directions are only on the outside of the box, and the product is the only thing in it. An observation is not really a big deal. Since it says 'boiling water, then take off heat for 1 minute to establish water temperature', the directions on the back are probably better than most. After following the directions, everything worked great and exactly as it was supposed to. I had to trim a bit so that it wasn't just filling my mouth, because they come with enough excess to fit any mouth. I only purchased this to protect my front teeth, so it may depend on your specific use case. One suggestion I can make is to cut at an angle. The materials end up with squaredoff edges that are at least 116" in thickness, which is very large in the mouth. You don't feel it as much with slanted edges. I wish there was a better way to get rid of the excess thickness. I tried a utility knife and a hobby knife. It suited my needs and is working well. There is no weird taste or anything like that. It was easy to setup.

It's easy to use if you're careful. Don't burn yourself or get your mouth stuck to anything if you ask someone older to help you. I didn't have the money to get something fancy so I was very happy that this worked. I have a problem with my shoulders and jaw. If you have a smaller mouth, you may have to cut a lot off or have issues with the fitting, but you get used to it. It's best to cut it down to fit your mouth a little before you mold it. If you really press it against your mouth, the impression will be good.

It was very easy to mold, you just have to make sure to put it on a ladle because it can get lost in the hot water. When it is hot, it gives off a strange smell, but it goes away when it cools down.
