Three of the four boxes were broken.

I'm sure the product is fine, but shipping it is NOT ideal. 3/4 of the totes were broken or shattered.

One of the six totes arrived cracked, the shipping box was crushed on the bottom. therefore unusable. I called customer service and was told I could NOT get credit for the tote but would have to return all six. Very disappointed, I live an hour away from the closest Target in Cleveland, TN so I just ate the loss.

I’m mildly pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, several bins had damaged corners. I’m aware that Target cannot control all shipping procedures. I know I could have returned them for the damages that were done however, I must consider that another shipment would come with the same damage. I’ve choose to keep the plastic containers as I need them now..

Even though one box was broken, the vendor replaced the broken one. These are good quality with well fitting lids. Great price.

Perfect for my storage needs

The first time i ordered these, one of the containers was broken into many pieces. The sellers wouldn't replace just one so I returned them all and ordered another pack of 6. The second order came with 6 lids but 5 containers. Bad quality control. Should I return them for a third time and see what happens with the next order?

I ordered 6 and was sent 4. I had to spend 25 minutes on the phone with Target customer service so they could call the company. The company refused to send me the 2 missing boxes without me sending all 4 back. This is a huge box. It was their mistake and it would be a big hassle to return, especially because the box arrived damaged and I don't have a box big enough to fit the items. They were told that but still insisted I must send the 4 pack back in order to receive my 6 pack.

These are perfect sized storage containers. Easy to use and stack nicely.

I was able to fit all four under my son's bed. They are smaller than I wanted but I don't think I could have found better. They are great extra storage.
