Disappointed

Came all scratched up, but works fine. This was a replacement as the one I had previously had some quality issues. Above the shade lettering was a huge scratch.

Great Design

We have limited countertop space, so we wanted something that covers all our needs. Having two seperate cooking ovens is great. Ninja is rated excellent for reliability, which is one reason we got it. I gave it 4 stars, because the air fryer doesn't crisp as well as we like and it takes longer. We had a different brand combo air fryer that did excellent, but it died after 3 years.

Ability to do many things

Not a fan. Doesn’t do a good job air frying, max crisp is awful. Toast comes out nice if that’s what you want it for

Great features

Love this double oven!

For example, I can make nuggets in the top and air fry frozen veggies in the bottom for a super quick dinner when we’re short on time. It toasts well, cooks well, air fries well. We haven’t encountered a single thing we don’t like about it.

Great multi use appliance

It heats quickly and cooks food evenly. The two different sections on this appliance gives it so much more versatility and allows both to be used simultaneously on different settings. It is large though and takes up a decent amount of counter space.

Fantastic All-in-One Countertop Oven!

I’m very impressed with the ninja Double Oven Pro Smart XL Countertop Oven & Air fryer. It cooks food quickly and evenly, and the air fryer delivers perfectly crispy results. The dual oven design is a huge time saver, making it easy to prepare multiple dishes at once. It’s easy to use, simple to clean, and has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances! Some cooking functions require preheating, and while the oven begins heating immediately, it may take additional time to reach the full selected temperature. Depending on the function, oven temperature, and room conditions, preheating can take up to 10 minutes. For Whole Roast, Air Roast, Air Fry, Bake, and Pizza functions, the oven includes a 90-second preheat cycle. My favorite kitchen appliance

I bought this a month and couldn’t be happier! I had the Ninja 10-in-1 prior, which worked great as well but I love the smart start/finish. I haven’t even used my big oven since purchasing this and I cook for a family of 4. Highly recommend!
