    This brand has serving suggestions of 33mg x 3 which is smaller to take for the 1,000/day requirement. Smaller pills, easy to swallow

    Concerning inactive ingredients

    I wish the FDA would regulate supplements. For the longest time I couldn’t figure out why I was having muscle pain and spasms. Then I stopped taking this and the problem stopped. Many of the inactive ingredients in this supplement (and others) can cause adverse reactions like inflammation, increased allergies, and digestive imbalance.
