We know how disappointing it can be to look forward to a new application of color only to find that your results are not what you expected. All natural haircolor that is darker than pale blonde has red and gold pigments. When you lighten your natural color, these warm gold and red pigments are revealed. When it's time to do your retouch choose a shade with "Ash" to minimize the warm undertones. For e.g. Ash Blonde, Medium Ash Blonde, Dark Ash Blonde!

Very happy with results
Loved the color. My natural color is clear silver meaning the hair shaft is almost transparent. Been coloring my hair for years and tried 50- medium natural brown nutrisse for the 1st time. I wanted a natural med brown and thats what i got Have washed 3 times so far and it has gotten slightly lighter but it is still natural looking med brown. I did wash my hair right after i used the dye that may have removed some of the darkness but i am very satified with the product. Will be trying Olia med next because my hair is on the dry side.

Color wrong match and use it you want red head
I had purchased this with high hopes to cover my stray gray and it was a match to my hair color and now I currently have red tinted roots and fades into darker hues of red 😦😣🥺 I absolutely don't like it and don't know how to fix it and I cannot afford a real deal just awful

Horrible. I become red after this shade 43. I will never buy again. Had to buy another one from another brand to fix the problem, but anyway this red “fox” color so strong😭😭😭

My hair is green
I love your product. I have used your dye for years. Never had a problem. I normally do a dark brown with a red tint. Today used this black and now it has a green tint to it. This may be the last time using your product.

DIDNT COLOR MY HAIR
i have blonde hair naturally and got bored with my hair color so i decided to change things up and go red. the process was simple and the instructions were easy to read. i followed all directions. i even left it on my hair for longer than instructed after washing it out, i looked in the mirror and i was still BLONDE! i harshly dislike this product because it didnt even work. would not recommend.

best hair dye I’ve tried
I’ve got super sensitive scalp and temperamental hair- i mean ‘gets dry and tangly when you look at it wrong’ temperamental. This hair dye somehow colours my hair perfectly, doesn’t hurt my scalp, and makes my hair soft and smell nice after dyeing. If i could give more than five stars, i would.

Shipping Discount Means NO BUBBLEWRAP/PACKING PAPER!!
Misinterpreted the “shipping discount!” I thought the additional time meant they were shipping all items that were on this 1 purchase, all from the same store, all in one pkg. INSTEAD, I received 3 separate boxes, all from the same address, WITHOUT any packing paper/bubblewrap. I picked this item to write this review since the 3 boxes I ordered suffered the most damage. They were completely thrashed. I opened each one to ensure all the components weren’t damaged. Luckily they weren’t, but the outcome could have been much worse. Never again! Product is great!

Deceiving picture
I used this 43 - Dark Golden Brown. My hair took on a redder hue. Didn't like the end result. The picture on the box showed a more cooler tone of hair so that's what I was hoping for. I got an aurburn - redding tone. I normally like and use this product line because it doesn't dry or burn my hair. The avocado oil and the conditioner are great! I also was using the 50 Med Ash for a long time. Just dissapointed on this #43

Was fantastic until the formula change! Horrible
Have used this color for many years with total satisfaction! Lately something changed aside from the model on the box! It is my understanding that the formula has changed much to my dismay! The new formula dyes my scalp and is not nearly as good as the old formula! I can’t use this product, so I must search for another product unless you resurrect the original formula! If it ain’t broken don’t fix it!

Great color coverage
This product was very easy use, the dye is a little heavy trying to get out of the bottle but overall it was easy to apply. I was able to cover all grays with easy and did not damage my hair. Look forward to using it again. I do have dark brown/ black hair so it worked very well.

New formula is very yellowy and very unattractive
This color was reformulated . The new 'richer color' makes one's hair very yellow-ish. It is vastly different and much less flattering than the original white chocolate. Why do companies want to sabotage their own successful products? I do not and will not buy this anymore.
