Personally, it is not working for me..

Was diagnosed with ibs and this was one of my first steps before testing to see if my symptoms improved. I personally do not see this doing anything for me. I’ve been using it for about a month now and nothing has changed. I still am constipated, have pain, and bleeding. :( I have seen it work great for others, but nothing is changing for me.

Helps you go!

This stuff really does help you go and fits a decent amount of fiber into your diet. Personally, I have to mix it with additional fibers, but this definitely makes a difference.
