Can't review an item I didn't receive in my order

This is a rating for my Target store experience — NOT the Arm & Hammer Carpet Deodorizer Spray (foam). 5-Star: Product The product works great & my carpet & rugs smell fresh & clean. No white residue to clog my vacuum nor linger in the carpet. 1 STAR: My Target Store The carpet deodorizer was on a promotion “Buy 3 Get 1 Free”. When ordered the items for pickup, the order showed that the offer had been ‘automatically applied’. When I got home with my purchase, there were only 3 in my bag. I now have to make another should be unnecessary trip to Target to discuss with CS staff to resolve the issue. I order online for pickup because even brief store visits with our tall-for-their-age twins (20-months) is an exercise in baby-wrangling, patience, and weight lifting. This ‘picking’ error totally defeats the purpose ordering online for drive-up pickup.

Scent is way too strong. Used it on first floor and the next day it was still present upstairs. Had all windows open overnight. If you are sensitive to scent you may want to skip this one.

Was missing from my order

While this did have a strong smell it was better than the puke smell in my car. It also dissipated after a bit and the puke smell was gone.

Sprayed this on my bedroom carpet. It smells so bad. On day 2 and still strong and can't sleep in my bedroom. It gave me a migraine. I wish I never grabbed this.

I only write bad reviews if a product was made poorly, not as described, or downright terrible. Unfortunately this spray falls in the ladder category. I gave it two stars because I think yes, it does cover up bad smells, but that’s because the scent is so overpowering you can’t breathe. I sprayed my living room and stairs 2 hours ago, opened windows for an hour, and turned on the overhead fan but holy cow the smell still gives me a migraine. I wouldn’t consider myself super sensitive to strong scents either, I love the smell of Gain, Laundry scent boosters, etc. But this product makes your living space a godforsaken hellscape. Okay yes, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but seriously I wouldn’t recommend.

We have used this frequently for dog odors and accidents, cat odors under and around litter box! We absolutely love this product. ♥️ It works very well and when you are finished it smells great!! Super easy to use and affordable. 😊

It’s just okay. The smell is REALLY strong on application, so spray and immediately leave the room. Made me cough a bit.

I really love the scent it smells Amazing!!!!! Only drawback when spraying it sometimes it would come out in little bits & pieces of the foam and not the sweeping motion ike it said it should do even after I followed the instructions

Strong annoying smell that last for nearly 24 hours. Doesn’t smell fresh. it covers up the odor and doesn’t eliminate them. I won’t be buying this again. Scared it might damage my lungs with how strong the chemical smell.

Causes severe migraines

That’s what you’d think when you walk in. I use it on the dog bed, the couch, and any rugs and it smells amazing. My only tiff with it is how much it goes around whatever or wherever you spray for example the floor or wall around the couch and dog bed but you can always just wipe it off and call it a day.

Our cat decided he didn’t like the Christmas tree this year and would constantly pee under it! We tried everything to get rid of the smell! Bought this and it WORKED !!!!!!!! Stuff is magical , I’ve never been happier with a product

Perfect for our musty basement & high traffic areas! If you want a strong scent, this is it! I’ve tried enzyme, powder, and several other different types of odor eliminators. This is it! However, I agree that it's quite strong. I hope they don't change the formula but simply label it as "heavy duty."

Worked really well getting the dog smell out a used couch

Our new favorite product! This product foams up as you spray on rugs or furniture. I’ve used it so far in our living room rug and couch which has daily visits from our fur babies. Great smell and foam quickly absorbs. We won’t buy powder versions after trying this.

This is a new essential for my carpet area around the first of two litter boxes. I have one at the top of my stairs which is a carpeted area. The second is on hardwood floors in the bathroom; so I only need it in one area. My kittens are messy and I vacuum that area frequently with litter moving onto the floor. Even though it is a well ventilated space and the litter box has a cover the smell can be powerful at times. This has helped and my kittens can move to the next box until the area dries. I do vacuum first before spraying. Much better than a plug in that affects their sensory glands. It’s a bit price but better than the powder form that leaves us sneezing. Works great on the clothes couch as well.
