Q: The first filter, the thin cotton like filter, is there anyway to clean that? Theres so much dust and lint on it and I would like to get that off.

More frequent cleaning may be required depending on the environmental conditions where you live. To clean, separate the pre-filter from the combo carbon and HEPA filter. Use the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner to remove lint and dirt from all three filters. If necessary, you can wash the pre-filter in warm water with a mild dish detergent. Please note that only the pre-filter is washable. Make sure it is completely dry before reattaching it to the combo carbon and HEPA filter. Works for bedroom

does a good job, intake openings a little small. Also good for background noise when sleeping. Not much difference between low and medium speeds so using fastest speed. Easy to set up and use.

It really works!

The pure air hepi filter was purchased over a year or two ago and it has been working its butt off ever since! Probably one of the best filters I’ve purchased in a long, long time!

Fantastic!

I've been using my unit for about 9 months. The product is extremely quiet in low and medium modes. Offers steady, subtle white noise on high, and does what it was intended without causes any noticable change in my electric bill. I've positioned it under the main vent transporting heat and a/c into my master bedroom. The dust bunnies under my bed are virtually nonexistent now. Plus, the filter is easy to check and change. I really can't magine wanting anything more out of an air purifier than I got with this unit, especialy for the price. A++

It brought me great relief immediately!

This was a gift from my son. I live in Marquette MI and we have had a lot of air contamination from the fires in CA and also I have hay fever at this time of year. It has helped a lot. Thank you and THANKS to my son.

No Brainer addition to your home

I absolutely love this filter. It’s a game changer. We have one for each floor of our townhome. They have been running for about 2 months now. Big overall difference in the air quality and smell. Less congestion as well. They are a no brainer. I’ll probably replace the filter every 4 months.

Purezone True Hepa Air Purifier

Excellent for kitchen use, replacing my loud microwave fan and getting much needed, cleaner air. Size is perfect for moving from room to room. Very quiet on lowest 2 settings. Small enough to sit on the kitchen counter. Love it, it's perfect, you should get one !!

Pure air purifiers

Highly recommend - Much quieter than expected

I love this product! The sleep setting is much quieter than i had expected, it just sounds like a white noise machine on low. When the fan is on its highest speed it sounds like rushing water so I was even able to sleep an entire night with the fan all the way up! Definitely notice a difference after it's been ran and it has been helping with my seasonal allergies here in TX. Highly recommend!

Good choice.

So far so good. I've had it about a month. Works as described. Pleasantly quiet. Much better than what I upgraded from. It would be helpful If there was a better informational internal image to show the airflow and how the light contacts the air.
