After first cleaning not working!
The first time I gave this a deep clean, i put it back together and now it does not work at all, I did not submerge the bottom half in water, but the water was coming out of the holes, why i don't know??

Not worth it
There’s no way to clean the inside of the tank. I got this for my baby shower, but after only a few uses I’m buying a different one that can be cleaned.

Do not buy
I just received this last week and I am so frustrated. It hasn't worked st all. No mist. I had one a few years ago that was great but this is such a disappointment. My skin is so dry and I need relief. I have done everything right so now I have to send it back. I won't be replacing it

Unstable & breaks easily
I was really hoping this humidifier would work for me because it is a great price, but I found it to be unstable and knocked it over frequently, which got water all over the floor every time. I realize that that's my fault, but I felt like the product could be designed to be more sturdy. I liked that it had a low capacity tank because it's hard for me to carry bigger ones, but it was just too light to withstand any accidental bumps. There was also basically no way to avoid getting water on the floor when refilling it. I used it maybe 10 times, knocked it over probably 5 of those times, and one day it just didn't turn on. They offered me an exchange, but I didn't want another one. Maybe this will work for you if it's in an area of very low traffic and you put a thin absorbent cloth underneath it. I suggest a thin cloth because it will just tip over on a thicker one.

Not sure where the leak is or what went wrong but it leaks. also it is hard to clean the mildew inside the rim where the vapor comes out.

I am pleased with our humidifiers from Pure Enrichment. They have designed these with all the options you could think of and promote a much healthier environment for me significantly. LASTED LESS THAN 1 YEAR Customer Service was kind enough to provide a replacement in November 2023 because I did not have my proof of purchase, however I tried to use the humidifier the other day and it doesn't work. It worked for approximately 4 months. I contacted customer service, and while friendly enough, was unable to help. When it worked, it was terrific, lots of output for the size, and nice looking, but sadly, I have to put it in the garbage. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮….. I’m a registered nurse and my patient has respiratory issues …. I work in pt’s home to care for her and when I looked at r her humidifier… this brand , it was full of mold … I wanted to scream out of fear cuz all that mold and bacteria being diffused into the air probably made her sick and sicker !!! There are not warning labels on the back that says clean this price of 💩 🦀 regularly …. And parents or lay people don’t think that much about germ theory… I wonder what happens when I contact the insurance company and let them know the source of patient’s frequent hospitalization and how much will the health insurance company will sue this company … for the ppl who are buying this product, please find a way to clean your humidifier at least weekly if not more often … each part has to come off and needs to be cleaned separately… there is also no way to clean insides deep down for or small crevices … but plz be careful , your child or family could get sick from this device !!! Public health awareness….
