Not a bad taste when mixed with water. Can’t be sure of the long term benefits but haven’t felt anything bad nor good while taking now so I’ll continue using them. A package came opened and missing part but target was quick to replace with a new one. Not a fan of the packaging style since I believe product is lost of the tubes aren’t squeezed enough.

I took a chance on this and it is an excellent value in comparison to viral ads, on social media, for other liquid products in this category, twice the price. I dilute one in a cup of water and take it in the late afternoon or early evening. I like the taste. It is a supplement, not a treat. It has a slight vitamin scent which does not bother me. I was actually surprised in a good way. If you do not like something sweet, you can add more water and a splash of lemon. I did not get any tummy issues. Maybe the other reviewer had gas from something else. I already ordered my second month of supply. Well done.

This is an easy, tasty way to get in some extra collagen and skincare benefits. I don't take this everyday but really enjoy it when I do. I alternate this with a collagen powder, which works well for me. I can't attest to visible results as I don't take it regularly enough, but I can say that it's worth a try for anyone who would like to incorporate collagen into their diet.

Definitely gives you energy started using it 3 months postpartum, and started to see results right away also helps out a lot with hair, nails etc. it taste good if you like the taste of medicine.

I've tried powdered collagens but they didn't come close to doing what this does for my joints. I don't know if it's making me look any younger, but I no longer need to hold the railing while walking downstairs. Very little pain after a month of this. I dilute it quite a bit for a less strong flavor.

Skin feels smother, nails look healthier and definitely more energy. I also noticed that my hair has grown faster, looks shiny and healthy.

Didn't care for the liquid collagen. It was too sweet even when put into juice. I sent it back (2) weeks ago.
