Top too tight, hard to open
They make the clear tops way too tight for this size bottle. The tops to the thinner bottles are fine but it’s so annoying when I can’t get the cap off the short ones.

Leaking leaking
At first I didn’t know why so many people complained about leaking because I didn’t have any issues but after a month of use I understand. Better of with Phillips for sure.

Wasteful, terrible
Our baby likes the nipple, however over an ounce of milk gets wasted every time we use it. Whenever it’s time to take a break or stop, you tilt the bottle up and it’s just starts spilling everywhere. Tried many times on getting advice saying it can’t be too tight, can’t be too loose - tried it all. Goes for all the bottles. Never works. Absolutely terrible and frustrating when your baby is crying and now your clothes are soaked in breast milk. Would love to post a video of it actively leaking, but the review system only allows you to post it if you load it to YoutTube first. Instead here’s a photo after using and mess it makes and all the breast milk lost.

Do Not Buy
They leak so much, I should have read the reviews before buying. My baby was soooo soak last night. And before then for some reason when I tried to tighten the lid it for some reason it leaks. Not easy to clean, the nipple gets really foggy if you put it in the dishwasher or boil it.

Disappointed
My baby has a slight tongue tie and couldn’t latch to these. Also found the milk would pocket in the side of it based on the design

Get these!!
These bottles saved my baby from many hours of upset tummy and gas pain. After switching him to these bottles, he is not as fussy. Only downfall is that at times i cannot see how much he has left because the nipple sits low in his mouth. These bottles do what they claim to do! Worth the price!

YOU DIDN'T ASSEMBLED IT WRONG, IT JUST ALWAY LEAKS
Since I used Dr. Brown bottles, I never missed a day having super wet blanket and bed. It's leaking is the worst that it can drain the whole bottle for only couple of minutes! Not too tight, assemble it right, It still LEAKS! choose other bottles!!

They leak!
I work in a day care. And every single family that has had these I suggest to switch because they leak so much. They don’t seal all the way when you close them and they end up leaking when you’re trying to feed. It happens ALL THE TIME.

Terrible
There is nothing that I like about these bottles. When my baby uses them the nipple falls in, I guess because there's too much of a vacuum made? When they are drying on the drying rack the curve in the plastic causes drops of water to pool so these take longer to dry than other bottles. When shaking the formula to mix it the bottle leaks. These bottles are terrible all around.

Dont buy these
These bottles leak like I’ve never seen before. I saw the other reviews about them leaking and thought that it wouldn’t happen to me because I am so careful when assembling bottles but I was wrong. So much breastmilk has been wasted because of these bottles and a waste of so much money. They have so many rules for a bottle I never imagined. Don’t screw the cap on too tight it will leak. Don’t warm up the bottle with the air vent inside, it will leak. If you take the air vent out of the bottle and feed your baby it will leak. These are impossible and I have no idea how they are still on the market and in business. Also the nipples kept collapsing when I took the air vent out. Personally I don’t mind cleaning a bunch of bottle parts if the bottle works but this is outrageous. To sell a bottle with six different parts and the bottle still doesn’t work I just don’t understand it. Also the cap doesn’t seal the nipple so if the bottle falls over or if you shake it, it makes a huge mess when you take the cap off. I’m just speechless at the amount of complaints I have over one bottle.

LEAK SO MUCH MILK
the product leak so many milk every time. it worked at the very beginning for 2 weeks, but some how when teh baby started to eat 140ml, then every time when feed, it will leak. i feel like this bottle can only handle feed less than 100ml, although it marked the max like 160ml. trash design.

Nipple issue maybe
Love the size- but the nipples wanna pull through the screw on cap. And one nipple was mishapen or warped after sterilization. So idk if it’s the nipples on these bottles? We have regular sized Dr Browns and there’s no issue with those.

Awful!
These are so awful. They leak so badly. I would not recommend them at all. They are infuriating and the last thing you want to be dealing with when you’re tired and trying to feed your newborn in the middle of the night. Hate, hate, hate them.

Annoying. I HATE these.
These always leak!! I hate them so much for that reason. For the price, the amount of leaking I experience is laughable! Then I have to deal with cleaning that insert that's 2 extra pieces and one is a tube?! Oh no. The lid is hard to snap off, but it still manages to leak!! Not worth it!! I have the avent ones and they're better , but I still wouldn't recommend.

Leaky!
I wanted to try Dr. Browns wide neck option for my 3 month old baby who has been using the narrow bottles in various sizes since birth. I was really wanting a 5oz bottle because that is what my baby has been consistently taking. I found these to leak around the base of the ring. I would take everything apart, put it back together, and try again only to drip milk all over my baby. I also found that the nipple doesn’t fit as tightly in the ring compared to the narrow neck bottle which caused a few leaks for us as well. Unfortunately this version was not for us!

Leaks
The worst bottles. It always leaks, and I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be anti colic. We are not impressed.

Great Brand Horrible Product!
Their products are normally great but this one is a fail. All of the bottles of the Dr. Brown's - Options+ Wide-Neck Newborn Baby Bottle all leak no matter what and are a constant mess!
