ZWILLING Pro 7-pc Knife Block Set

Great sharp knife’s Well made and look great. Should last a lifetime.

Always a quality knife. Got the 7-piece pro block set after owning a complete pro set for decades. The o my reason I take off a star is the size options - seems my go-to 6” chefs knife from almost 30 years ago just can’t be replicated. It’s perfection. While I like all the new ones I’ve invested in as well, they just don’t feel as comfortable - the handle is larger and shape is more awkward. Blades all feel a bit off too (I’ve literally tried all sizes and shapes over the years). This could just be habit and age, and a new user would never know what they’re missing because they are consistently satisfying products.

The knives were ok but they fit into the block terribly. It looks like an amateur set. I returned it which ended up costing an additional amount. I would not recommend.

I've just starting using these knives, but oh boy - they are so much sharper than my last pair. I really appreciate the extra slots for some random knives I have. I also think this is a great "bare bones" kit as you can pretty much accomplish anything with this knife set. Every time I cut I hear a cool "whoosh" with these!

I bought this knife set to replace a much cheaper set where the coating on the handles had worn off. This is a much higher quality of knives. Each handle is weighted just right. The grip is very comfortable. The cutting blade is razor sharp making slicing and dicing easy. Excited to use for many years to come.

Seems like it will last a life time if taken care of. I know tons of people who own zwilling knifes even the lower caliber ones and they are fantastic and don’t break the bank. Quality upper/upper middle grade knives! Highly recommend

I've owned the 7 pc. Zwilling Pro set for a little over 3 years. These are absolutely the best kitchen knives that I have ever used. The feel and balance have to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Edge retention is actually impressive and I have sharped hundreds of knives with my Wicked Edge sharpening system. In over three years of use, using 4 or 5 times a week, I've only had to sharpen them 1 time. They sharpened very easily and take one of the best edges of any knives I've done, some of which are very expensive. I usually steel the edge on my knives once a week or so and they stay very sharp for well over a year. I do use a good, not great, cutting board and hand wash the knives, never seen a dishwasher. The look, feel and performance are such that I don't have any desire to even consider any other brand, in fact I'm considering expanding on the set that I have. I put off buying a quality set of knives for several years due to the fact that I do sharpen them myself, but after investing in the Zwilling Pro set I wish I had purchased them long before I did. Only downside is that I miss not having to sharpen them 2 or 3 times a year. LOL!!!
