This 24" heating pad has been a game changer. My previous, very old, heating pad quit and I needed one immediately for a strained QL muscle. The length allows the pad to reach from mid back around my side to the front of my hip, all areas feeling the strain. I've used this in and off quite a bit since 10/2024. In January, the heating lead stopped working. the light just flashes when I turn it on and it no money gets warm.

Does Not Heat Up Enough Even On High Setting
Just bought this today but will be returning. At first, it was significantly warm on high heat and I was happy with it. Then, the second time I used it today it barely got warm even at high heat. I came to read the reviews and found out many people have had the same issue.

Unsafe and quit working properly after a few month
Spent more on this heating pad hoping it would not fail. I did so inside of a few months. Others have reported how the flashing red light stays on without being able to use the different heat settings and also does not turn off the heating pad. Since this is not my problem alone, I am asking the company here to either repair this or send me a new ond.

heartbreaker
Loved this heating pad, was just the right temp at the lowest setting and stayed warm consistently. I had read a lot of reviews that said this heating pad stopped working after washing so I just thought 'don't wash it' but just outside the 90 return window (4 months) it has stored working properly. It'll turn on for about 5 minutes then start flashing the red light and won't turn off or on again unless I unplug it, then it does the same cycle.

Super long lasting
I bought this heating pad in 2020 and it still works perfectly every time I pull it out from my closet 6 years later. I use it for cramps, for working at my desk in the winter, for warming up the bed. I love it so much. Never had the blinking light issue yet. And if it does break, I'll problaby just get the same one again. It's that good.

Nice features but erratic heat
At first I liked several things about this heating pad: It's a good size for wrapping around your lower back, it's soft, and it has enough cord length. For the first two weeks or so, I kept it on the lowest setting (out of four); after that, though, I noticed that it wouldn't stay as warm as it had, so I increased the heat to the next setting. That was good for a few minutes but then it got too hot, so I went back to the lowest setting; then it wasn't warm enough, so I went back up to the next setting, but it soon got too hot again. Repeat many times. This routine continued for the next week and a half or so and got very old, because I just wanted the heating pad to be at a nice, consistent, warm heat, and that wasn't happening. I don't know how anyone would be able to stand the highest two heat settings, because just going up one from the lowest was always too hot after a few minutes. Maybe I got a lemon, but I wasn't in the mood to try again, so I returned it. After reading about several other heating pads, though, I'm seeing that they all have problems eventually, so that may just be something we have to put up with in this day and age. I had an old heating pad years ago that lasted for decades and heated consistently—not sure that's possible anymore, unfortunately.
