BISSELL CleanView Bagged Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner 20193 15" Cleaning Path Black: Electric, 3-Year Warranty, Pet Hair Pick Up, 27ft Cord

Bought this vacuum a year ago and it was a problem early on. The suction was not good at all, there was no light, it blew air OUT of the machine and scattered small debris instead of picking it up. The lift part was put on backwards so to lift the vacuum I had to turn my hand backwards. We have only one small cat so not much fur to pick up- and don't even think of using it to pick up some kitty litter. I had to use our cheap cordless stick vac for that. The vacuum also easily clogged, the vacuum belt broke after several months (We have half hardwood and some carpeting at home- and vacuum once a week-so the belt should have worked longer than several months). Trying to take things apart to replace the belt wasn't easy. . Too much work to make this thing work as it should. I used to work for Hoover so I know my way around a vacuum. The machine finally ended up curbside last week.

I really like this vacuum! I love that it’s bagged, so much cleaner than any bag less vacuum. It’s lightweight and very maneuverable. My complints/suggestions for upgrades to this model: More power! It’s got decent power and definitely does the job, but it’s definitely not the most powerful vacuum I’ve ever used. Better build Quality! Again, not the worst but not the best either. Cheap plastic, rough edges, and overall fee suggest bean counting in the accounting dept at Bissell. Headlight please! Can we get some furfinder lights on this thing like the new models that are out? Scatter free technology! Either adding the scatter free squeegee or even nice that PLUS a switch to turn off the brushroll would make it usable on hard floors. Currently it scatters and throws dirt everywhere on hard floors. Better hose design. I’ve hated this about most modern vacs- the hose is placed where any use of it without holding the main unit makes it tip over. Lift off tech helps, but it does fatigue your arm to hold a pod and try to clean with the other. Suggestion: like some of the newer Cleanview bangles models- have a clip to connect it lower to the bottom, or make the hose come out of the bottom of the vacuum. Bag full indicator All that to say I like this machine, and hope that Bissell gives some love to the bagged machine lovers. Bissell, make a full featured bagged model please!!

This upright BAGGED vaccum is awesome! It is light weight easily manuverable, powerful suction! Fluffs the carpet. The hose is easily taken off for accessory use such as crevice and duster. Best of all no having to dump dirt and dust ( that dust flies everywhere, in my eyes, face arms lungs. Even if I use a bag around to encapsulate the cylinder there is dust...)after every use; which helps with my allergies. No having to wash or clean the dirty filter after several uses either! Very nice powerful wasy to use, very pleased!!!

I prefer bagged, I only want to be fooling around with it every 1-2 months Also, I live in a dry climate and dust just clings to the plastic housing, so I have that to clean to. This vacuum needs a bit more suction, but works surprisingly well on floors and carpet. The hose has terrible suction, can't pick up cat litter. The crevice tool is leaky and along with the poor suction through the too large a diameter hose for the motor, is useless. Doesn't pick up cat litter. You can turn it so it sucks from the side, but I see absolutely no use for that because the suction through the hose is minimal. I'd wrap tape around it. The dust brush is extremely stiff like a scrub brush, lol. I'll use that in my bathroom for scrubbing tile. The bag is pretty small, but it's the only bagged one available. I would pay $1000+ for a decent vacuum, but no one makes one. Really sad the junk we get now-a-days. I have 9 pets and when I'm vacuuming I can see all the hair and dust getting blown up into the air while I'm vacuuming. I wish someone would tell me why they make them this way? I guess I let it settle and vacuum again and again, never quite getting it all. Hose has no suction. Hose is too large a diameter for the size motor - duh. Extension tube is 1 ft long - duh Crevice tool is just a piece of junk - duh Carry Handle is backwards and up way too to be useful unless your hand is attached to your wrist backwards - duh Fan in the front of the vacuum that blows the dirt and pet hair around that you are trying to vacuum up, no diffuser - duh Bags don't contain the dirt,, Plastic bag compartment also does not contain the dust, no seal around compartment, no filter before blowing it back into your home - duh It's the design - duh! It's lightweight. It works well on floors and carpet. It could be GREAT? Maybe hire designers who have used a vacuum?

It’s really doesn’t have good suction..I don’t like bag less, so this is all I could find, you know if you don’t have a lot in f pets or children you should be fine

I've bought Bissell the last three times. This last vacuum was not what I expected. It screamed and didn't pick up as much as my Bissell Stick vacuum.

I had to return this upright vacuum because it was so hard to push on my carpeted rooms. very disappointed, and I tried all the different floor levels.

I love the fact that it is a bag vacuum, as the canisters can be really messy. It picks up pet hair and dirt great. It does however blow out a ton of air and moves pet hair around. It can be difficult to move around and does take more effort to move the vacuum around. When using the attachments, the brush continues to move and can be hard on the carpet or floor as it is continually brushing. Its a little more clunky than I thought it would be.

Couldn't even open the vacuum to put the bag in. Also one side had a wide open gap in it that would (if you could even open it) allow all the dust particles to escape back into the air. Very bad experience and now waiting on being reimbursed for return so I can shop elsewhere. Poor, cheap plastic.

Cleans great. Lightweight. Love it. Great product

Have not used my vacuum cleaner long enough to give a through evaluation.

This pet sweeper is really not much different than a regular Bissell sweeper...except in the higher price! Although it is a bit bigger width wise, it performs exactly like the regular ones do...which is terrible and cheap quality! It is def NOT better at dealing with pet hair...hair still constantly gets clogged, wraps around the belt and wheels and starts burning, etc. I do NOT recommend! Just buy the cheaper models and save your money!

The vacuum cleaner really picks up dirt or other debris on the carpet. I'm glad that it comes with vacuum bags to get you started.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air outflow from the vacuum is on the front, so it just blows the dust/pet fur out of the way before it can be vacuumed up. Totally defeats the purpose of a vacuum. Also, it is VERY loud, to the point were I'd have to wear earplugs to use it. I expected better Bissell. Shame on you.
