Description

When recycling day comes around, you can count on the R/C Standard Recycling Truck from DRIVEN to get the job done right! Strong and sturdy, this four-wheel drive toy truck makes collecting recycling a breeze. Press the ignition button on the remote to activate all of this toy vehicle’s functions—it’ll also make a realistic sound! Then, use the remote to move the toy truck forwards, backwards, and side to side to navigate the city’s traffic. It even makes a horn noise—beep beep! Load the 2 toy recycling bins onto the back of the truck, then empty them into the container. Now it’s time to head to the imaginary recycling center—you can flash the toy truck’s headlights if it’s dark out! Finally, use the remote to raise and lower the container to empty it out. Remember: Stay DRIVEN, because the crew depends on you!

Q: Mine doesn’t work either and apparently others are having the same issue. The truck doesn’t properly dump and it also has the same cracking noise that my son hates (literally covers his ears and will say don’t do it again lol)

    My son loves it, but it died in less than an hour

    Just opened it out of the box. My son has been playing with the toy for an hour an a fresh set of Duracell AA batteries. The truck started slowing down and giving a low battery sound. It eventually stopped moving, and we had to wait to move it forward again. Not sure if the engine sound causes it to drain super fast or not,

    Just bought this toy and my grandson is thrilled although we can't figure out where the garbage bins need to be placed to be lifted up. The thrill is slowly being dampened by this inadequacy. Also its difficult to place the two bins back in the storage space; they don't seem to fit.

If you go to the Driven website, you will see a video that shows how to attach the garbage cans to the truck in order to dump them out. In order to put the bins back in the storage area, you can put one inside the other. They should fit easily into the storage space on the side of the truck.

    This is the worst truck I have purchased. It’s insanely loud. The door clicks when you open and close it with the remote and the trash cans don’t stay on when your manually lift them. My son is upset and this is super disappointing… especially for $50!

    Not worth $20 let alone $50

    Had it for a week and 2 of the wheels fell off. The back also skips and makes loud noise. My son is so excited about it and very upset he cant use it anymore

    Not worth $50

    My son has been wanting this truck for over a year now and so I got it for him for Christmas. We put batteries into it and he was so excited until he pushed the button for the back of the truck to lift open and it sounds broken. Makes super loud noises when lifting and closing and doesn’t sound great. It also sucks because it doesn’t let him lift the back without using the button so we will have to deal with the broken noises. The back also doesn’t lift very high. Wouldn’t recommend and would not buy again due to this. Not worth $50.

    Returning!!

    Zero stars Returning. Makes loud sounds like the truck is breaking and doesn’t open and shut easily. Parts seem faulty on it.
