The toy is cute, but honestly didn’t appreciate waiting an hour plus for a damaged item. It was delivered with the ends About ripped off, didn’t realize til I got home. I get its Christmas Eve and last minute shoppers like myself, it’s very hectic. But receiving the item damaged after dealing with your unorganized pickup line was pretty annoying.

The shipping box came damaged, & when I opened it up, the inner toy box was torn, it comes with batteries in toy, but not remote, so I put batteries in remote, but toy wouldn't work, so I took the 4 batteries out & tested them 2 were totally dead, & 2 were weak. So I replaced them, & toy works as it's supposed to. I bought this for a Christmas present, I can't believe I paid full price for something that wasn't tested before shipping. I think this is Poor Quality Control,

Poor quality
This was received as a birthday gift and less than a week of use it no longer worked. We tried new batteries and even getting knowledgeable engineer friends to take it apart and fix it. It was unable to be fixed as the wires were faulty and once taken apart couldn't be rewired. Needless to say my son was disappointed as this was a real treat for his birthday. I tried returning it in store but without the box (which was thrown away at the party) we were told nothing could be done. I realize it's just a toy but rather disappointing to work for such a short time.

Don't waste your money
It worked for 1 or 2 days then stopped moving. Disappointing as a birthday gift for a 4 year old that really loved it the first day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so fun and my nephew absolutely loves it. He has other items from this brand and was missing this one so we gave it to him! It's easy to use and he has a blast, he's only 4. It feels nice and sturdy for a toy and was heavier than I thought.
