I would give the product 5 stars IF...
I love this product so much, BUT the foam markers are not reusable and not available to buy separately. If I move my picture to a different wall, or if I move in general, I then have to either spend the money (p.s. they could be cheaper) on a whole new pack of claws that I don't need, or I need to try and get the thing in just the right spot on the wall without the super awesome and convenient foam marker. This is a task that I am capable of doing, but part of the reason I love this product so much is how easy it is to hang it exactly where you want it without getting out toothpaste or tape and struggle with getting the dot on the wall since not all frames are set up in a way to make that an easy task. So if I was able to go out and buy a multipack of the foam markers when I need them, I would give this product 5 stars.

Frustrating failure.
The wall markers are a total failure. They do not transfer from the frame to be hung to the wall to mark placement of the CLAW. They either stay stuck to the frame or fall off if you try to wiggle the frame to get them to stick. In theory perhaps a good idea but a total failure in reality.

Throw away the useless markers and save yourself multiple extra holes and frustration and just use a level
First off, see those little "v" shaped markers that come in the package? Throw those immediately in the trash. For all the ingenuity that comes out of 3M, the "marker system" in this pack is so lazy, ineffective, and wildly inaccurate that I can't believe they even include their brand name on them. I've attempted to hang 5-7 frames using these markers and not once have they not been a total clown school exercise. Just use a level, mark your hole, and tap in the claw. Otherwise, you'll end up with 17 holes and a case of a chapped rear end trying to fix the damage left from the comically bad marker system.

I love this product! As a previous long-term renter and now first-time owner… hanging pictures is part of making your place a home. I had been using 3M Command sticky picture hanging strips for ages but the 3M claw hooks are a game-changer! I love the ease of this product! It's genius! Great product but way too expensive
I bought these when they first came out and the price was reasonable. Now they cost way too much. That's a shame. These hangers work great on items that will hang straight down the wall. In other words, I would not use this to hang anything that might want to pull away from the wall as the hanger could or likely would pull out (in my opinion).

Pleasantly surprised!!
I was skeptical on how this little hook could hold a heavy mirror onto dry wall… but it works! It was super easy to install (some gentle bumps with a hammer was needed), but my mirror is solidly placed on this wall. The hook is visible above the mirror - might bother some people, so worth mentioning - but I think it adds to the rustic industrial look. No complaints here, love it!! Will continue to use for heavy objects to hang.

I named great idea because it is. I purchased the 25 pounds pkg because I didn't know how much my painting weighed. Would have given a 5 star but I had to use so much strength trying to push it in. I finally got the pliers and used the rubber handle and pushed it in. Please Please Please put that in the instructions this is very important for the matured generation.
