    Bad Product

    Very poor. There’s no reason to have a filter sitting in water, it’s obvious that it will start to mold. My first one stopped working within the 1st month and my replacement doesn’t power on. Do not recommend.

    Really bummed!

    Received as a wedding gift and had very high hopes. But, the ring that connects the top and bottom is missing! Sadly we cannot use it because of this. Is getting a replacement part possible?

    This thing stinks

    I bought this humidifier last year and had high hopes given the positive reviews. However, I’ve found that despite cleaning the machine every day and using fresh water, it develops a terrible smell within 3ish days of use. I’ve tried rotating filters (which are expensive, btw) and cleaning it more often, and it always develops a musty smell. I’ve never had a humidifier that was stinkier than this and required more upkeep. I stopped using it last winter because I was sick of the smell and thought I’d give it one last try this winter. No luck.

    PERFECT humidifier for large bedroom

    I have had this humidifier for about a year and I realize I was remiss in not writing a fabulous review for this item already. It is quiet, does not leak, is super easy to clean, does not emit white particles and best of all, it works great! I use it for my bedroom and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better humidifier! I need a replacement filter for it, so I came back on here to find out how to get one. 5 stars! Do not hesitate!

    Eva evaporative humidifier

    This is the most quiet and so easy to clean! The filters don’t fall apart & last for a good period. It doesn’t make things wet but adds moisture into the air. This is a big deal for this dry high desert area. I couldn’t recommend this more.

    Great Buy

    This one works great! It’s easy to use and easy to fill. We liked it. It’s probably our second favorite Humidifier! (Our top favorite is a Dreo Humidifier) however it is a little bit harder to clean and there’s so many parts.

    Love MistAire

    I use MistAire whenever the humidity is low and love it. I keeps my skin and hair hydrated and I don't get shocked walking across the carpet. It's great.

    Quiet and Effective

    We bought two of these, one for our kids' room and one for ours. The units hold a large volume of water that don't require frequent refills. Our previous ultrasonic humidifiers emitted deposits from our hard water, so the evaporative nature of this humidifier prevents all of that. They are whisper quiet and very effective in keeping the humidity up in our dry climate.

    Excellent Product and Customer Service

    I bought this humidifier a few years ago and still use it every winter. It doesn't leave white dust like evaporative humidifiers and effectively produces moisture in dryer months. I accidentally lost the filter retainer and customer service offered to send a whole replacement as they don’t sell that individual part. You don’t see quality or customer service like this often these days. Highly recommend!

    Great customer seevice!

    I purchased this product in December and I must say it’s one of the best humidifiers that I have used so far. The cleaning iis very easy and the unit itself is very quiet upon operating. I am very pleased with my product and the air quality difference is insane! The customer service representative Scott was very helpful and offered me a free filter to replace the current one that I have. I was very pleased with his exceptional customer service, and I would like to extend my thanks again to Scott for his professionalism for being very courteous/ attentive with assisting me with the instructions on using this product . I highly recommend this product!

    I started using the Pure MistAire in January 2024. I love it. I can now breath moist air at night and walk across the carpet without being shocked when I touch something. The out put of mist is adequate. I am happy with this product.

    I do NOT recommend this - Moldy stinky filter!

    I agree with the negative reviews of this humidifier. I've now gone through 2 filters and each one lasts a very short time before getting very smelly and attracts bugs. So when I clean out the humidifier to refill it there are many small dead bugs in the water. And I clean it out every other day! I tried the tip from one customer who said to throw out the filter and just tape the button on the top pressed and that seems to have worked for now. I'm so confused about why the filter even exists if it lasts for that short of a time and stinks up the room. I unfortunately do NOT recommend.

    Works Wonderfully

    If you're looking for a reasonably priced evaporative humidifier that can handle the size of an apartment, this is a pretty good buy. I'm a few weeks in and maintenance has been pretty easy, my bedroom is no longer super dry, and best of all, no white residue or misty droplets hanging around. First time setup is less than 5 minutes.
