Nice sharp knife is a kitchen staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great knife. I have never seen this kind of knife before, but it cuts things really well. I’ve used it for cutting meat and vegetables. It has a curved the blade so you can kind of use a rocking motion. It has a nice grippy handle and it’s all one piece, which I love . Also it comes with a blade guard that still allows you to hang it on a magnetic bar. It feels very high-quality.

Very nice all purpose knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this knife for multiple reasons - the handle is very comfortable and confidence inspiring with the textured grip. The length is perfect for most normal cooking tasks like chopping veggies and cheese. The blade is surprisingly sharp. This has become my go-to knife. I actually keep it in its blade guard and stick it to my magnetic holder (the guard is thin enough it will solidly stick to the magnet). Overall this is a really good knife that I like using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart knife is a keeper! It has a nice aesthetic appeal especially with the designed handle. The handle is comfortable to hold and doesn’t slip while cutting. The blade is very sharp and cut through chicken breasts with ease. It has a cover for the blade so fingers are protected while initially reaching for the knife. I definitely recommend.

It works well for both chopping and doing more intricate cutting. The weight is good and the handle has a nice texture. The sharpness is top notch and nicely slides through fruit and vegetable skins. I know I’ll be reaching for this often.

I have to cut a lot of fruits and veggies and this will easily cut them. I like the look of the knife. The handle is very well made and the knife overall is just wonderful for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stainless steel santoku knife is perfect! Its blade is very sharp which makes it great for cutting apples, onions, potatoes. It’s also perfect since I’m able to just throw it in the dishwasher. It comes with a cover so I’m able to keep it in a drawer. Overall, it’s a great size and price for this. Would recommend

Smaller Version Of The 7" Santoku But Just As Nice
This knife, being just the small version of the 7" I reviewed, has a nice blade shape, makes cutting of things like stick pepperoni, of smoked sausage, so simple and easy. No effort at all. The texture on the handles add a very nice feel in the hand in addition to the comfort of the weight and balance. The blade is sharp from the start, and the guard fits wonderfully. I like the guard because it protects the edge from any damage in a drawer, on a counter, even on a magnetic knife rail where I keep mine.

The perfect knife!
I ordered this knife online because I trust the Cuisinart brand, and I was not disappointed at all when it arrived. It's the perfect size, the perfect sharpness, and the perfect weight to chop all of my small veggies. I also like that it came with a knife shield in case I want to transport it safely. A few of my other knives have broken, and so this appealed to me since it was only one piece. I love this knife!
