Smaller Version Of The 7" Santoku But Just As Nice

This knife, being just the small version of the 7" I reviewed, has a nice blade shape, makes cutting of things like stick pepperoni, of smoked sausage, so simple and easy. No effort at all. The texture on the handles add a very nice feel in the hand in addition to the comfort of the weight and balance. The blade is sharp from the start, and the guard fits wonderfully. I like the guard because it protects the edge from any damage in a drawer, on a counter, even on a magnetic knife rail where I keep mine.

The perfect knife!

I ordered this knife online because I trust the Cuisinart brand, and I was not disappointed at all when it arrived. It's the perfect size, the perfect sharpness, and the perfect weight to chop all of my small veggies. I also like that it came with a knife shield in case I want to transport it safely. A few of my other knives have broken, and so this appealed to me since it was only one piece. I love this knife!
