A: We have been using it for a few years now and find it to be strong, it's not soft so it fall apart easily, nor does it leave pieces behind.

A: It’s great TP. No lint at all. It has a pattern pressed into it for cleaning. It’s soft.

A: This is how strong it is. I'm a single guy and bought a case of 24 over 2 years ago and I still have some! I only need a 12 pack per year and have some left. 3 squares does it; lasts forever.

A: There is still chlorine. I'm allergic to chlorine. Don't tell people there is no chlorine.

A: Not TCF though (Total Chlorine Free), which means they unfortunately still use Chlorine Dioxide.

A: The company’s reply is very ambiguous. While they say they are ECF, the other wording makes them sound TCF.

Like most white toilet paper, we whiten our 100% bamboo toilet paper rolls using elemental chlorine-free (ECF) technology, a process in which no elemental chlorine is used in the bleaching sequences. Domestically, ECF bleaching is recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as being the “Best Available Technology” to bleach paper products. Our 100% recycled paper towels are whitened using ozone, oxygen and/or peroxide (which also means no chlorine).

A: Yes!!! Reel is made from sustainably sourced bamboo that provides maximum strength and softness!

A: The paper is not soft like traditional tp and at 1st it will feel different but my family and I can't use anything else. It feels soft to us.

A: In order to get strenght, you must compromise on softness; solf tissue tends to fall apart and strong tissue isn't very soft. The compromise here is comfortable, yet strong. I wouldn't go back.

A: I use it with a septic, and haven't had any problems.

A: It doesn’t say it is anywhere on the packaging…I’ve decided to return it just to be on the safe side… definitely not paying for any septic tank issues it may cause.

A: Hi SJ, ECF whitening doesn't use elemental chlorine but rather chlorine dioxide, which is chemically bound to oxygen so it doesn't bioaccumulate (meaning living things don't absorb it). In fact, according to the American Forest and Paper Association, ECF whitening is a pollution prevention technology recognized and accepted globally by such organizations as the United Nations Environment Programme, the European Commission, the International Joint Commission and the International Court of Justice. It's an alternative bleaching agent that eliminates the formation of persistent, bioaccumulative toxic substances. And yes, our toilet paper is hypoallergenic.
