I am turning 40 in May and thought it was a good idea to take a multivitamin as I enter that age range. I really like the energy it gives me and I notice a difference on days I don’t take it. I’m happy to know a vitamin in tablet form can be taken on an empty stomach too. Mega Food has been a brand I have been recommending more to women my age at work after I’ve now had experience with it. Great product
