Youtheory Collagen, 290 Tablets

I love these collegen supplements. I've seen several changes in my skin, hair, nails. Even dark circles under eyes gone.

Can you tell me the best time to drink collagen? As you wake up in the morning with some water even before your coffee? Is that the most effective time ??

I do like that its in tablet form. My only issue is that the tablets are huge and you have ti take six a day

The tablets for this supplement are so large, and you have to take 6 a day for the serving. Not something that is sustainable for me.

Easy to swallow it’s almost a month and now I see the difference on my skin. Will be purchasing more after this is finished.

So I came to the website to search if I was supposed to in fact swallow or chew the tablets, as the bottle is nondescript when it comes to that. It just says to take 6 pills. Well, have you seen the size of them?? When the webpage didn't have the answer I was searching for, I came straight to the reviews, where I found this to be a VERY common complaint.... *swallowing* the 6 giant-sized pills! While the product might in fact produce amazing results, I am uncertain as to why the company has compromised this by deterring potential and current customs by formulating the pills this big? Common sense would tell me to make changes, because these reviews aren't doing anything positive for them either. I am sure the product is great, but you would have to get past the fact that these pills might be the biggest thing in life you will ever have to swallow, and on a regular. Ugh... so confused!

I have been told that the collagen is from pigs ? Is that true ? Bc then I would need to stop using mine

This pills are big and that makes them difficult to swallow and at the top you need 6 a day. They need to change the presentation to capsules or smaller pills.

Seems to be a good product, but I would like to know the percentage of type 1, type 2 and type 3 collagens

I use this collagen regular from about 2 years and my hair and skin looks better as before .

Can anyone really tell if it is good or not...? So I only bothered to rate it because it annoys me that it says 280 tablets and 6000mg on the front like its 1 tablet per 6000mg dose it's not you have to take 6 DAILY AND THEY ARE NOT SMALL
