Poor Experience with Operartion

Ordered this swing in place of the one on my registry because it was on sale. I was really excited for it to arrive. Set up was very easy and the swing is adorable. Unfortunately, we found the motor was extremely loud. Quite the opposite of soothing. We contacted Graco and they sent us a new motor. Graco was super easy to work with, but the new motor they sent was worse than the one that came with the swing. We will be returning the entire unit.

I love

Easy to set up. Good materials. Nice cord length. Comfortable for baby, both as rocker and bouncer. Often times you must pull, shake, wiggle to convert from swing to bouncer. I never inserted batteries for the sound feature. I do wish the hanging toy arch was more secure, as older children easily remove it.

Faulty swing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for our baby shower in August from a friend n after two months A blue light is flashing and no longer swinging. Apparently this is a common issue. I wish there was a way to get it replaced but I didn’t purchase it myself it gifted :(

MUST BUY.

Super light weight, gender neutral and perfect for a little one that loves to be held all of the time but sometimes mama has to get stuff done! My littles loved being bounced and hummed too, so this was the perfect addition, assembly was easy which as a mama easy is nice!

A must have!

I don’t think we would have survived without this for our son! He loved to swing and as he got older he loved to sit in just the bouncer and watch me fold laundry or just hang out. I like that it has a multi directional seat, various speeds for swinging, plus vibration although my son wasn’t a fan of it. We literally packed this swing on trips because of how much of a life saver it was to us for almost an entire year or more of his life until he our grew it. He had terrible reflux and could only fall asleep reclined before I would pick him up to go to his crib to lay flat. It was easy for my husband to disassemble for trips and put back together also just do not forget the cord! We love this swing, and if we ever have another baby we will utilize it again.

Vibration & music auto shuts off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swing works great, but the vibration and music/soothing sounds automatically turn off after 30 minutes even though my swing is plugged in and not battery powered. It doesn’t state in the manual that it auto shuts off after 30 minutes and Graco support chat states the reason for the auto shut off is to not disrupt baby’s nap, even though it automatically shutting off is disrupting my baby’s nap and waking her up.

Comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this baby swing for my grandson. He loves it. He seems comfortable and likes to grab at the toys that hang. He is safe by the harness that is attached to the swing. The swing is pretty for a boy or a girl. The quality is great and the cost was reasonable. I purchased the same Graco swing in the past for my granddaughter so I knew that I could rely on this swing to last. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a babyshower gift. The vibrating price sounds like a diesel truck. We have tried everything to quite the noise but even on the low setting it rattles so loud we can not use it. Other than that, the swing works.

Great swing and rocker!

Our baby will fall asleep so easily in this. Only wish bluetooth was an option but sounds are still great. Rocker is great for smaller spaces.

Great swing until the vibration stopped

My baby loves to take naps in this swing! He falls asleep so easily. The only downside is the vibration has nearly stopped working after just 2 months. I changed the batteries and it didn't help. Graco- can you help?

Great but very loud

It’s a great swing but the motor is very loud and the music/vibration setting stopped working after 2 weeks.

Really great product

Great product really helped get my baby to take naps or settle great soothing and comfort. I would have given 5 stars but I had one issue the fabric after a month of use started tearing from where the straps are.

Great swing

Does not take up a ton of space like most swings. Provides a speed setting for the swing and can go side to side and back and forth. All of those features can be tough to find in one swing. The only feature I wish it had were a volume setting for the music and sounds. But we have another music box we can use as an easy fix.

We got this exact one second hand and only swings on highest setting when set on low setting kind of a tick off when I am trying to get my son settled and I can't use the swing we got as a gift... not recommended only good thing about it is the bouncer
