Q: This does include the Himilayan Salt Crystals correct? It seemed a bit confusing in the description, as it mentions the crystals are mined in Pakistan, but I don't see a mention about them being included in the product.

2 in 1 with a little stickiness

I love that this is a 2 in 1 diffuser and salt lamp! After using it for about 6 months, I am running into the problem of the outer shell sticking to the inner part. When I need to separate the two in order to add more water and oils, it is getting stuck. I have to pry it apart. It works well except the two plastic inner and outer pieces sticking together.

Creates a beautiful atmosphere

This product creates a warm atmosphere with the essential oil diffusion and the Himalayan Salt lamp. The only thing I have to add is that the lamp part short circuits routinely and I've had to get replacements due to the lamp blowing.

Love the Salt lamp oil diffuser

I was given the Purelylow Crystal Sat Lamp & Oil Diffuser as a Christmas gift in 2022. I love it! It has comfortably helped me sleep at night. However, the diffuser recently stopped working a few nights ago. I contacted Customer Support for assistance. Since I received this as a gift, I did not receive a receipt. Gonway in Customer Support waived the receipt requirement for me as a courtesy. I’d recommend this product and appreciate their great customer service.

Fills the air with fresh lavender or any scent

I bought this for my wife and she uses it almost all the time since the colder months have hit . She purchased 4or 5 different scents. I enjoy the lavender and the fresh lemon. We have a 2 story home and it works through our whole house from downstairs. The 75 lbs dog that comes inside from the rain is not a problem anymore. Thank you again

Relaxing Breath of Fresh Air

I recently ordered my wife the Pure Glow Crystal as a birthday present for her at home office. It sits on her desk right next next to her computer and she loves it. Seen her working a few times in the dark with the lamp on and she absolutely loves it. This is my third Pure product (humidifier & air filter) and I will continue to use and recommend your products.
